Goodwill Store and Donation Center is a clean thrift store with set prices and a wide selection of clothing, toys, books, and household items, though it lacks furniture. Some customers find the store a bit disorganized and have difficulty locating specific sizes, especially for plus-size clothing. However, many enjoy browsing for unique treasures and appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. A recent customer highlighted the exceptional kindness of an employee who assisted during a stressful situation, showcasing the store's commitment to customer support.
Zero f's given by the staff. Customer service is terrible. I love good will and this is the first location that I have ever had such bad service.

We had two pickup truck loads of items to donate. We are cleaning out a storage unit and wanted to donate usable items. The gentleman at the store helped me unload and thanked me several times for our donations.
