Nurses were absolutely amazing as well as the doctors! The nurses made sure to do any and everything to help improve our stay with our new baby. Definitely had a great stay, safe delivery and awesome experience!

Amazing people here. I've never been to a hospital where everyone I came in contact with was so professional and caring. I've visited a few times with family members and just recently had surgery there. I felt safe and genuinely cared about, that's pretty rare these days. Thank you to the entire staff.

I arrived shortly after 11 am spent 8 hours in emergency room..had CT scan of stomach blood draw and nose swap..had diarrhea for past 7days ..they failed to triage me after signing in froze to death needing to use bathroom..finally male nurse come in for my sample of urine.i told him just to unhook the iv ..he tried to get me to sign refusing for treatment left on my own with a diagnosis..way too long to spent in emergency room.

Took them 10 hrs and counting to treat my husband. Worst hospital ever. It shouldn't take 10 hrs to be treated at an emergency room. There was only 3 people in the waiting room when we got there.

Left my friend alone all night after having a heart attack. Overnight doctor never did a thing for him and he had to be transferred to Mission where maybe a real doctor would help him. For shame on the doctors that work here

Do not go to this hospital if you are having an anxiety attack or any type of mental health distress. They will lie to you and then keep you against your will. If you do not let them medicate you, the nurse on the 6th floor will keep you out of spite. ED doctors or liars and the nurse on the 6th floor is on a power trip. Always seek help if needed just do it somewhere else.

Do not go to this hospital! My husband went in to the ER and didn’t even get a room yet they charge over $3000 after insurance. We had to ask 6 different people for an itemized bill and finally after a month got one. Then when it arrived it was not the correct amount we owe. My husband went up to the hospital to talk to the billing department, but was told that next time he comes up there he isn’t allowed to ask questions because that is what the 844 number is for. Just FYI the people on the line with the 844 number are not local and can only do so much. Worst experience I’ve ever had!Not to mention his one ER visit was more expensive then the birth of our child at Mission Hospital.It’s definitely worth the 30 min drive to Mission!

Absolutely the worst billing ever. Billed incorrect insurance repeatedly. The real kicker is the insurance they were billing was never given to them and the correct insurance was verified by the emergency department when I was in there. Can’t talk to anyone locally. The numbers on the website are null and don’t work. It’s a complete nightmare for someone trying to get healthy and dealing with this unnecessary stress too.

Thank you for the amazing experience! Your staff were all extremely patient, attentive to our needs, compassionate, and professional.They took initiative while also answering all of my questions with transparency. Communication was always straight forward and they offered support when needed.The respect we have received from your hospital is incomparable to the experience we had with our first child at a different hospital. I cannot emphasize the quality of our experience, including the levels of patience and respect we received from all staff in all of the departments who we had correspondence with (including but not limited to - labor & delivery, the lactation consultant, the anesthesiologist, front desk staff, and kitchen staff).We appreciate everyone but especially Dr. Jenny Van Winkle, MD; Elizabeth Pennington-Tripp, CNM; and nurses: Lauren, Brooke, Hillary, and Rachel. This team of fabulous ladies ensured the health and safety of our sweet daughter and myself. They took every precaution and troubleshooted when complications occured.They really did go over and beyond for us in providing quality and ethical care. If we decide to add to our family in the future then we will definitely be delivering at your hospital again.(I am leaving another, separate positive review on your Haywood Women's Care Google page too - which is where I received all prenatal care for almost a year.)Thank you again for everything!

They took such good care of me and they genuinely care about you and want to see you succeed and get better. I highly recommend the Canton facility if you’re in need of physical therapy. I had a routine exploratory surgery with Dr. R Mathew’s and my experience was good. Everything went smooth. I was a little late going back for surgery but, I was always treated well and listened to. A year later, the cleanup she did helped because now I’m pregnant. Thank you

I truly believe that this is a zero star facility. My wife presented with brain bleeds, and did not receive a CT for 2 hrs, it took over 1/2 hour to get the read. She needed to be transferred to a trauma center, that did go quickly. I had to call the charge nurse to get pain meds, blankets, and bed pans.Every time my wife needed something it took an excessive amount of time.The charge nurse appeared upset that I requested her, and informed me they were busy.
