I don’t usually leave reviews, but Dewayne in the paint department at Lowe’s truly went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, he treated me like a priority — not just another customer. I came in needing guidance on painting several different surfaces in a double wide, and he not only helped me find everything I needed, but gave genuinely thoughtful advice that clearly came from experience.

He explained what finishes would work best for high-traffic areas, which primers would prevent peeling or staining, and even how to prep tricky surfaces like paneling and trim. He never rushed me, and he had answers to questions I didn’t even know I needed to ask.

It’s rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable, but also patient, kind, and clearly takes pride in their work. Dewayne made a project that felt overwhelming actually feel doable — and even exciting.
