I’ve enjoyed doing business with the Clyde location since 2016. However, this visit I wanted to discuss interest rates and no one in that office has the authority to do rate negotiations. The teller was very nice and helpful but that was the reply she was given. She said they would call me when they got the answer. That was on Monday and still haven’t heard from them.

I’m switching banks. They didn’t refund the overdraft charges, even though it was due to hurricane Helene and I never bounce checks. Clearly they don’t care.
