“During what felt like a stressful moment, I had the pleasure of meeting Darlene. She went above and beyond with her customer service. I arrived last minute and wasn’t prepared to ship and she guided me in every step and took her time to make sure that the package got to its destination. She calmed my nerves with her grace and by thinking outside the box and giving me a back up plan in case the following morning it wasn’t the correct address. I have never met such a kind person and wish her the best. Thank you so very much for everything!”
