“My car was making a weird noise, so I took it to waynesville tire. I'm not the most car savvy, and I was worried that I was going to have a very costly repair in my near future. The man at the front said he could take a look, and within 20 minutes or so he came back with an answer. Apparently, a small rock had gotten stuck in the rotor, which was causing the noise. I asked if I owed anything and he said nope! I will absolutely be bringing my car here from now on. The fact is he could have made up some repair and charged me for something unnecessary, but instead he was honest and saved me from spending a lot of money (that I don't really have). I'm not gonna go anywhere else from now on. Thank you so much!!!”

“I’ve been going for several years for oil changes / inspections and really anything I have a question about. They are SO fast. They are great at explaining anything going on and make me feel comfortable. I saw them today and after I left we realized I hadn’t been charged for something. They told me not to worry about it, just to come back next time. I’ll be back every time!”
“Love Vance! Went to get all 4 brake pads changed on my car. Pricing was so reasonable (I’ve been to many different places and this was by far the most affordable for the best quality!) and it was done faster than I’ve ever had a brake change done (and of course quality was never a question they just know what they are doing). Super nice staff and very accommodating. I will only be using them in the future!!!”

“These guys were awesome! I had an issue with my caliper. Despite being super busy, they came out to the parking lot and diagnosed the issue. They ordered my part and were super prompt in fixing the problem. On top of all that, they were fair in their pricing for labor and part fee.

“I grew up in my grandpops garage and suffer from “if you want it done right, do it yourself.” syndrome when it comes to all things mechanic as a result. That being said, these are the only guys I will take my vehicle to when my fragile male ego falls apart, and I have to admit that I can’t make a repair myself. The shop manager William Swanger is the man, and a black belt in mechanic-kwon-do. - it’s also worth mentioning that they have a top of the line alignment machine they use here, as opposed ‘eyeballing it and getting it close enough.’ …which seems to be standard practice around here anymore. (I wish I were kidding.)
