“Jeep Gladiator diesel died in parking garage, downtown Asheville, NC. Voltage dropped to 8.4v and it locked up -- everything! Mike and J.T. pushed Jeep down three levels and put on flat bed. These guys deserve kudos, commendation, and a raise!!”

“To anytime towing I want to thank you for sending Ken he was the best driver in the most professional calming soothing in the most difficult situation very patient very polite very understanding and very diligent about helping two senior citizens between 70 and 90 in the most difficult challenging uncomfortable apprehensive situation although Enterprise roadside assistance was a real butt wipe and a major pain in the butt challenging situation Ken and his boss went out of Their way to assist in helping these two seniors stay close by to the hotel in Franklin North Carolina because I'm waiting for 4 and a half hours for a tow truck and we were cold we were hungry we were in pain but these two men went to bat to help us thank you for your compassion your sensitivity and concern I will never forget this experience I'm really impressed how well everything went in spite of the fact that you might have lost some serious money being out there for almost 3 hours shame on Enterprise for not listening for not paying attention thank you anytime towing for a job well done you went above and beyond I will always recommend you to anybody anywhere anytime that comes to this area and it's stuck I pray God's blessings over you may God watch you and keep you in all your ways”

“I was sick at a gas station in Canton NC trying to patch my tire e when the owner pulled in to fuel up his tire truck. He came up to us and instantly offer any help he could. He used his tire truck to lift up the front of my boxvan and when the cheap tire patch we was trying to use didn't work he pulled out his repair kit and quickly patched my tire and asked if up. I can't thank him enough for helping us out. If I ever find myself in this situation again I know exactly who I will be calling WNC towing!!!”
