Have had the most amazing experience here! My husband uses them for tires and auto servicing and has been great but the real win for me was when my new (2 years old, 25k miles) under warranty Honda Odyssey was making a noise that concerned me. I stopped driving immediately and brought it here as the dealership was much further and worried me. I was prepared for them to fix that day hopefully. Not only did they tell me something else that they could have charged me for but took the time to really deep dive, taking things apart just to find the problem, but also helped us through what we needed to do as he knew this was a manufacturer defect.It was a broken motor Mount. Could have been catastrophic had I kept driving. Thank you God for keeping my family safe and for an honest, respectable, hardworking owner and crew. You are truly missing out of you are not using these guys for your auto needs.

I wish I got the name of the employee who helped us because man! Our car has been shaking and stuttering every time we would drive it and no one was able to help us before we came here. We didn't even bring up the issue, figuring it was a lost cause at this point, but the employee pointed out we were missing some lugnuts and offered to replace them. Turns out that was the issue all along! Got tires changed and were in and out in less than an hour, plus the man was super friendly and accomodating. Car feels amazing to drive now. My son, a college student, ran over something and punctured his tire on the way to Campbell. When he realized his tire was deflating and punctured he drove to Coats Tire and Auto. They helped him change his tire free of charge. As a parent I am so thankful and grateful for these good hearted people. Thank you for your kindness and looking out for the young people in the community. ❤️❤️

The guys here are fantastic. My wife’s car needed new brakes and rotors as well as something to fix the front axle and they did a great job. They were quick and got it done for a good price. Would recommend and will choose them again for future maintenance!Service: Brakes

They do good work but they take a long time and there is little communication on how long it’ll take a vehicle to get serviced. Both times I’ve had my car serviced here I was told it could be done that day or the next day and my vehicle isn’t ready until 2-4 days later, normally it wouldn’t be a big deal but this car is my only mode of transport and knowing how long it’s going to take or if there’s a delay is really important for me to know.Services: Oil change

They are ok. I did have a couple issues like they charged me more the 2nd time I went there than they did the first. I tried to ask why but the guy that took my card didn't speak English. It was frustrating. They did order by tires and got them on the next day.

Mr. Freddie was very friendly and professional throughout the whole entire service. He listened to my suspicions regarding what needed to be checked with my car. Prior to starting work, he gave an estimated quote and then readjusted the quote based on his recommendations in regards to safety. All this was communicated in advance and completely fair unlike other car places that overcharge for same services. There was no rush at all during greeting and checking out. Afterwards, he demonstrated the problematic car part and what it should be like which was especially educational as very few other places would go on to teach customers about cars.
