“I was very pleased by the employees at this store. I have recently experienced some rude employee at the DG in Willow Springs. I was greeted with a smile & welcome by Shelby. She had a name tag on, the register showed the prices, most importantly she was smiling and made every patron feel welcomed. I will drive the extra mile to shop there! Keep up the great work!!”

“I was just in there - when checking out the cashier had to deal with an extremely rude man. I wanted to say she handled it so well! I do not know her name but she needs something nice to happen to make up for the treatment she received! The man's card didnt work and as a rule she had to ask for his ID - he immediately starting dropping f bombs. Went out to his car and came back with a phone with a pic of his ID - that's still not acceptable- he got louder and then left the store still cussing and calling her every rude name in the book -left the parking lot still screaming and burning rubber - totally unacceptable!
I've been that girl. I've been yelled at and put down in front of others because of this exact thing. The store has rules and she was following them- she didn't make the rule, but she would most likely get fired if she got caught breaking it. Being a cashier is one of the hardest jobs because they have to deal with people like that! I hope the manager will see this and buy that girl lunch!!! She sure didn't deserve to be treated like that.”

“50% off floaties and flowers outside. You go in and there's a sale on Halloween decor. An aisle behind that Christmas. I applaud this universalism of the holidays. Celebrate them all at once. Tomorrow we're throwing a party to celebrate Arbor day and Rosh Hashanna. Sunday it's Eid and Kenyan independence day.”
“I went in to look for a few things. I was having a hard time finding a couple of things. Priscilla took time to answer 2 or 3 questions from me and pointed me to the 2 items I was looking. I would come back there to shop for again and again. Fantastic customer service”

“Good store does let you use the restroom and they are very clean in previous post associate let the lady use restroom employee coming in wasn't aware the restroom was fixed. The people in this store work very hard to do all they can for customer service as well as maintaining a nice store, with staffing shortages and putting out stock for customers to buy, so please be nice to them or fill out an application you don't know what all they deal with.”
“A year ago this location was trashed and smelled like something died in the second aisle. I work next door and could never be in and out without having to climb over merchandise. The new manager and her team has cleaned that store up and give a much better shopping experience. The store manager Krisha deserves a raise.”

“I would give it a 5 soley on the customer service. But it gets 4 stars due to numerous times of attempting to purchase items and products that have been expired or no longer in their system. That is concerning in of itself. Maybe if they allowed customers to still get the product it wouldn't be as bad lol.”
