Need to start paying more attention to what mailbox they place people's mail in. Sometimes I end up with other people's mail and mine missing.

The brick and mortar location is fine, but ever since we bought our home we have had one carrier tell us we can't even have our mail box on our property, but we have to have it next to our neighbors box just because she wants it that way. She blamed it on having to do a U-turn which she could clearly do before. Lately we've had carriers from multiple agencies walking across the lawn instead of using the walkway and last week the one from USPS just outright did her U-turn on my lawn. They don't think they need to be professional around these parts, I guess. They must think we're all old age frail and won't make any trouble for them.

Lazy delivery drivers never attempt to deliver packages to the home. They pull up to the mailbox. If it doesn't fit they drive off instead of delivering the package at the home like the instructions tell them to.

Several times in the last year, I have mailed items from my mailbox that never delivered to the destination. I can’t understand what happens to mail once the mail carrier picks it up from my mailbox. I have had to stop putting outgoing mail in my box. Very frustrating!

This place is a joke and a true representation of government bs I have had several packages that were delivered to their office 5 days ago and still not delivered, I watched the employees close right at 4:00 pm and walk out and clean their cars in the parking lot defund the postal service

The only two problems I have, is our Courier shoves large boxes into out mailbox (instead of taking them to the front door) and they are difficult to get out, and our mailbox never gets shut completely so everything inside gets wet when it rains. ?

I ordered some printer ink. They said they delivered it days ago and never did. I now have to go see and file a complaint for missing undelivered package. I needed my ink.

Inside service is excellent but mail carriers are not trained well. This is third time ive had problem with service, employee is scanning as delivered while it’s still in there possession. So this inconvenience me and family thinking something is there after getting notifications that it is indeed already at my house. I’m a homeowner and only been here for 3 years, not gonna be a issue I’m willing to live with , if happens again then I’ll start harassing them until something is done.

I have had several instances where my mail was put in someone else's box ( home mailbox) and also someone else's mail put in my box. It's a little frustrating when you are expecting an important package or letter.

Honestly the worst post office, with the rudest bunch of workers. I wouldn't even rate it with one star if that was an option. Every time I drop off a package I'm reminded just how horrible it is.
