experience with this freight company was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. They outsourced my shipment to a third party called Rift, and the entire process fell apart. The Rift driver spoke to the wrong person about the BOL and left without my freight. In a second attempt, the driver completely no-showed for my scheduled pickup. I was then told I had to pay a fine for the first failed pick up. Don’t bother with this company if you value your time.

Averitt was the shipping partner that was used for product we purchased in Florida (delivery to Virginia). Shout Out to the Averitt customer service team keeping us informed of the status of our delivery. In addition, BIG SHOUT OUT to the delivery driver Kaleb who on the day of delivery had outstanding communication, flexibility in location drop, great attitude and took great care of our product. We appreciate you Kaleb.
