Now I went to this store to purchase some soap! I notice they had some dove for 25 percent off. Got to the register it didn’t give any discount. The cashier was very rude when I asked her about the discrepancy so she had another employee to go back and check I walked with her and showed her a fully stocked of the soap minus the two I removed. She told me this was not the right fragrance in a very aggressive way. I explained that it was stocked in front of a tag and her response was I need to read! She said customers put the item in the wrong spot but that makes no sense for a customer to put a whole case of soap in the wrong place. I told her she was being very rude and unprofessional. She continued to be aggressive with me and I ask for the if she was a manager she said no I’m a key holder so I asked for the managers info and she ask me to leave. So I did but I’m will be filling a complaint tomorrow bc that was some racist bs.

I visited his DG for the first time today(Mar 27) and I’m impressed. This DG is huge with a vast selection of great stuff, both grocery and home goods; think of it as a mini Walmart. The gentleman at the register was polite and professional.

I’d give this store zero stars if possible. The last 3 times I’ve been inside this location it looks like a bomb went off inside. Inventory everywhere, trash in the parking lot, no employees to be found and very loud, inappropriate being played. Not to mention how unsafe it is due to stacked boxes of inventory being out. Tonight, we went in and the cashier was singing very loudly to even louder music being played through large speakers. She appeared to have friends in the office who were just as loud as her. It’s apparent Dollar General doesn’t care about store appearance or the type of employees they hire. Our once quiet community is now a victim of Dollar General and the trash that they always bring with them when opening stores. There’s a reason this company has a horrible reputation. I’ve attached a photo of the filthy parking lot that hasn’t been cleaned in months.

They are never open anymore only when it is convenient for them !!!! They need to bring Allison , Alex and the rest of the GOOD CREW back !!! When they decide to open the store , you can't even walk down the isle never the less push a cart ! There is no friendly service either. I use to be a regular customer there now I don't know if I even want to go there.Is this the future of dollar general? Lord I hope not !!!!

This used to be my favorite location to visit, it’s now one of the worst. Never have their shelves stocked everything is still in boxes on the floor or carts, ALWAYS cancel online pickup orders! I can go to the store and they what I ordered but too lazy to pull the order.

When this store first opened and the following year it was clean and organized. I owe that to the store manager (short older very nice black lady) now when I walk into the same store it's a compete mess in every single isle. Shelves are a mess, carts full of inventory waiting to be placed on shelves and sit for days, loud hood music being played, dirty floors of you can see past the inventory sitting on the floors, and workers that don't know where anything is. Total disgrace from what it use to be, they need to hire better workers who take pride instead of workers who leave the store looking like their own home. This place is starting to look worse then Dollar generals and Dollar tree stores in High point. Please corporate fix this store!

Pulled up at 6:53pm and an employee came out from around the back of the building to tell me it was closed. He then pulled off in his vehicle. Someone come check on their store. The few times I’ve been here there’s no one at the counter or even on the work floor.Came back again the next day they were closed again around 7pm. Just fire them all and get people who actually want to work

This location is the newest in the Kernersville/Colfax area. There are four. Three you can access easily from interstate 40. Dollar General is a quick one stop shop. Think of it like a mini Walmart. However you don't have to hassle with the large aisle and walking into such a huge space for a few items. I like to shop here on Saturdays with my digital coupons. Simple download the DG app. The newest of thus store keeps the aisle clean and clear. There is a self check for the purchase of 1 or 2 items. However if you need a few more things for the home they probably stock these as well.
