This store is the best one I have ever been in. Everyone was helpful and easily approachable. They helped me load a heavy item in my truck. I will definitely travel the extra miles to purchase from this store.

My husband Kyle and I would love to thank Sol and Scott for helping us with a generator purchase in such a dire time. We live in an area where we got struck by horrendous hurricane Helene. These two were extremely kind and courteous and went above and beyond to make sure that we were helped. Thank you again so much!!!

We just had the WORST customer service trying to return something today. SOL the team lead had an attitude from the moment I walked up to the counter. Honestly it made us feel very uncomfortable. We were being questioned about something that ended up not being a problem. She also forgot to brush her hair today. Joshua the manager had nothing to say to us when he approached the counter. Not one word. Just slammed down his tool like we were bothering him. Someone needs to tell these two that customers like us, farmers, keep the doors opened. Joe was the only caring person there and the only one that said I’m sorry.
We will not purchase from this store again.

I have been coming here for years being a local. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Bought a press missing parts once, they took care of me immediately borrowing from another package rather than having me return the entire heavy item and then ordered replacements for their new one they borrowed from. They have always been fair when things are needed or need service! Again today, kind and had good sales for the Fourth of July! This is a great store and has been for the at least ten years I’ve been coming here!
