This is a small, quaint gym. It pretty much has everything you need for a workout: machines, treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, rowing machine, free-weights, punching bags, TRX straps and more. The owner is kind and personable. This gym has payment options. I liked paying more upfront to save more in the long run. It's a very clean gym and sanitizing wipes are provided to clean equipment after use. I chose this gym because it's open 24 hours, seven days a week. It's well lit up at night and never crowded. It has a shower, changing room, and lockers. Need a key tag for entry to unlock the doors and the parking lot is close and bright. Highly recommend!

Well laid out and easily accessible being a 24/7 facility. The only thing that is lacking is a Jacuzzi for therapy of aches and pains
