Love going to this post office. The staff is always friendly and professional. I visit this post office at least once per day most always with multiple boxes and have never had a problem of any kind. Thanks for the wonderful service!

At least once a week we don't get our mail picked up I. Lake adger area. This week 2 times. We need to get bills sent out and this is unacceptable considering rates go up every year.

The employees here would rather quote regulations to you instead of providing real service. I avoid USPS whenever there is another option for shipping.

Very poor service! If a package arrives with your home address instead of your PO box on it, they will ship it back to the sender.

Woman with the short hair has a horrible attitude and terrible customer service. It's a shame that me and my family have to avoid this location as much as possible and drive all the way to Tryon since she always gives us problems. She must be very close to the manager because I have no idea how she still has a job here after so many years of treating people badly.

The worst customer service. I’ve been here twice now and it was awful both times. Drive to Mill Spring PO if you need anything - Michael and Martha are fantastic!

I forgot to update my address before I had something shipped. Called this morning and my carrier recognized me and was able to deliver it without it going back to the sender. So nice to have a small post office that knows us.
