I had to say that there’s not really anything about the store that I had an issue with sometimes the bathrooms aren’t clean. The young man that usually works nights is very friendly and helpful. However, the girl that is there in the evening she with the piercings is so rude and Just doesn’t care at all about customer service skills. She doesn’t speak to people if she does. She’s condescending and just downright insulting and I thought long and hard about this. The last three times I’ve dealt with her have been so unpleasant. She just sits there on her phone the whole time and when you ask her something if she rolls her eyes any harder they’re gonna fall out of her head , I’m not gonna come back to the store because I cannot get a manager to speak to me directly. She tells me it doesn’t matter who I say talk to her what I say to them so I don’t know if she’s family related or something, but I don’t have to be treated like this. I don’t want to leave the store feeling worse about my evening then I might’ve already done , it’s that bad guys I don’t even mind driving further to avoid her attitude it suffocates me so I can get my gas at the next exit on my way home. I try to be kind to everyone because I don’t know what people are going through. But it doesn’t matter how kind you are to this person it’s wasted words and I pray that if it is a Reason she’s this way that whatever is going on is lovingly and kindly resolved

Employees had a good attitude about them, friendly when I walked in but damn! That bathroom needs to be cleaned. Urinal has caked on piss stains and they're using air freshener trees under the sink to mask the smell lol

Been going here for a long time since it was first changed to a 711 I have seen this store at its best and recently at its total worse but I will say the workers and manager that are there now are working hard to get it back to how it was when it first became a 711. They are getting it clean and presentable and I love coming to the store now I never have to ask for them to go get my drink from inside the cooler and instead of a wall of boxes they actually put stuff on the shelves unlike the past year where you wood have to open a box yourself to get the chips you wanted. Came here to say that I’m proud of the nice young lady that is running this store now. I know it couldn’t have been easy with the shape it was in but she’s doing it and she needs to be seen for that stores improvement. I use to never go into the men’s restroom until last week I went in there and it was painted and clean and smelled clean. 711 needs to keep this manager and not let her go because she is doing what other managers there never could. Way to go!

The new manager is wonderful! The atmosphere is a total 180 from what it use to be. The store is actually organized and looks so much better and cleaner. The pumps have window cleaner and paper towels in them and it actually had receipt paper at the pumps. The bathrooms were open and clean. My coffee was hot and fresh. The manager is very nice and is working very hard to give this store a second chance. She deserves recognition from the company. Will be stopping here every chance I get!

Haven’t been to the store in multiple months due to it always being closed, never stocked, and it was always filthy. Went in the store this past week and wow what an amazing turn around and difference! When I pulled up I noticed how cleaner the parking lot was. The bathrooms were clean, the shelves were stocked, food was available and my favorite drink was actually stocked in the cooler. The employee had a great attitude and was told the store has been under new management the last couple of months. Will definitely be shopping back at this store!

Do NOT go to this gas station!!! The gas sign will say one price & the pump will ring up a different, higher price. That is gas fraud. It is a crime. When you complain to staff, they curse, yell at you, and refuse to do anything about it. You ask them to call the manager, they say no. The face tattooed staff are unpleased, unhelpful, unhinged, and rude. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

They're closed at 4:51PM on October 4, 2023... and there's no signage whatsoever as to why they're closed. Both doors are locked and it appears that no one is in the store.

I have frequanted this store multiple times a week for about 3 years. Lately the store hase been closed at various times of the day I assume due to staff shortage. That's not really my complaint though. Today at the register I requested spicy chicken and the new person grabbed the regular chicken in which I told her was the wrong one. She looked in the glass case and I indicated by tapping on the glass the correct chicken and pit of nowhere another employee yelled at me for tapping on the glass. I indicated I was only showing her the correct chicken and she carried on very unprofessionaly how I was wrong for doing so. I told her she wrong for confronting the manner that she did and that she needed to stop. She said I need to stop, that went back and forth a few times and I told her she was one of those that had to have the last word and that I would not be shopping there any longer. I also indicated to her that the cashier on the register did nothing wrong and that I disnt either. Bottom line is, if you don't want to losw anymore bussiness than you already have, get rid of this person. I gave one star because it qpuldnt let me give no stars.

Have had several bad experiences that have led to me writing this review. Hiring employees that feel WILDLY comfortable hitting on young girls is disgusting first off… when I go inside to pay for my gas I shouldn’t leave in tears because the cashier wanted to comment on my body. Now for my next bad experience, I purchased Ben & Jerry’s ice cream and got home and the entire thing was so freezer burnt it was inedible. When I went back to get my money back, they said i could only switch it with another of the same ice cream… I DID AND YOU WILL NEVER BELIEVE IT, same exact thing this one was also freezer burnt to hell. Needless to say I will no longer go to this location not that 7/11 cares but, women beware of the cashiers at this location they are creeps.

Not coming back here I get out try to pump gas with my debit card and it says see cashier I go tell her my card has money she tells me oh it's pump 5 people having issues I say ok I will just change pumps then she says ok I change pumps same thing so at this point I am aggravated I am taking so long. I go back in and tell her it didn't work and I ask her is this something recent she says no it's always like that so your telling me the gas station owner don't want to fix that issue like I am on the go and it's easier if I could just pay with my card out side anyways the point is if you know it's been like that for a while why you told me to switch known they all don't work ? Makes no sense ??♀️ very friendly young lady.. I was going to filled it up ...well I was that bother I only put 10$ and only because I had no gas if not I would have left . So please someone fix that debit card machine to pay outside not coming back anyways .

This morning at 7:16 am, multiple people tried getting in the store after filling up their gas tanks. The store was locked and it appeared the gas station attendant was sitting in their car and on her phone. This isn't the first time the store has been closed during normal business hours. Also there is so much trash all over the ground and trash cans are overflowing. They never have any courtesy windshield cleaning at the pumps. I'm officially done going to this place. I'm cancelling my card with your company. Better service and cleaner facility across the bridge.
