Lenardis very rude and nasty over the phone. He has no sympathy for anyone and doesn't care about the customers at Aaron's at all. I wouldn't want to go to the Aaron's on Branchview Rd in Concord. That man has a very disgusting attitude and he definitely needs to be fired.

Racism is what this store is about. GM David Howard is a white Supremest and hires people who think the same. I had to file a comaint on an employee and the GM who came to my door and mocked me for wearing a mask. When I told him I had cancer he laughed and started mocking me to the manager who was on the line.

AARONS IS EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. SPECIFICALLY MR. LENARD. OUTGOING, friendly, professional and most import to me, he was kind and had a smile. At the store by himself, phone ringing nonstop, he didn't complain once, was so nice to everyone, and took the time to explain all questions I had. And gave my 9 month old sweetbean Son a little soccer ball.In the world today when folks are so darn rude and angry and complain, this was an exceptional experience and above and beyond customer service. This gentlemen should be recognized.Thank you!

Ralp on branchview in concord has the worst attitude and a smart mouth. He hung up the phone on me when this morning when I called about them coming to get their furniture they have been harassing me about. And he needs to be FIRED!!!!! I’ve told them I don’t know how many times that I didn’t want the furniture because I’m not working and can’t afford it. EVERYDAY their calling me and different people about me and coming to my house everyday. Me my grandma and husband told them I didn’t want the stuff they could come get it they kept refusing to take it. Yesterday I’m feeding my baby and I get a visit from the sheriff because they are trying to take me to court!!!

I do not recommend this place to nobody. I told them I don't know how many times to come get their furniture because I wasn't working and couldn't afford it anymore. Instead of them coming to get it they called harassing me EVERYDAY about a payment and coming to my house everyday I would tell them to come in and get their stuff and they refused to take it they kept telling me they didn't want to take it. So today they sent the sheriff to my house with a court date because I haven't been paying them when I've told them over a dozen times I don't want this stuff and I couldn't pay for it since I'm not working anymore

This store has literally been harassing me for no reason. I have EZpay set up and for some reason they keep calling and showing up at my house even when my payment has gone through. I have checked my account online, I have called 5 times asking what is going on and they all say they will fix it. Had someone show up 2 days ago (4 days after my EZPay went through), I ask why they are here, they say they are here about my account. I immediately called the store for literally the 5th time about this and spoke with the manager, he said he would fix it so this stops happening. Someone showed up again this morning. I check my account online once again, still set up on EZPay with no balance due at this time. Harassing paying customers is absolutely ridiculous! Once this lease is up, I will be completely avoiding Aaron's.

I just rented a washer and dryer over the phone with Rafael and he was amazing in terms of customer service. I am a manager myself and know the skills that are needed to successfully run a business and to keep your customers happy and he definitely possesses all those skills accordingly. It didn't take me any longer than less than 10 minutes to complete my lease over the phone and he even accommodated the date that I wanted by washer and dryer delivered. He's definitely an asset to your company, thank you so much for your courtesy and professionalism I definitely recommend this location to anybody who wants to rent!

Aarons has really helpful, great staff! I walked in, knew what I was looking for, the sales person explained everything, I placed my order for appliances on Saturday afternoon and they were delivered Monday afternoon! Great Job guys!
