I purchased a pair of adidas sneakers for my grand daughter while on vacation in July 2025. I lived 2.5 hours from the nearest store.
She wore the shoes a couple of times before she complained that the shoes hurt her feet. When I checked the shoes I discovered that both shoes were the wrong size. The box said size 4 but the left shoe was 4.5 and the right was 3.5.
When I contacted the store, the manager told me that associates were supposed to check the size before purchase. Obviously they didn't. The manager asked me if I could just give the shoes to someone. I asked if I could return for the correct size and he danced around my question and said that I would need to come back to the store. Bear in mind that the store is in another state.
My suggestion is if you buy anything from this store check for yourself because they only care about the sale.

I lucked out on timing. They had a great sale, and additional free swag gifts with my purchase. Their assortment was solid too.

Kyle, Chiniya and Cassie went over and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. I needed a certain size to complete my outfit for an Important event. They went out their way to ensure I got it. They were very friendly and courteous.

Bought a few items online and after 5 days of no tracking number I received a refund. I figured the items were out of stock so I bought items from a different company. Then adidas decides to ship my items and overdraft my account by over $100! I contacted customer service and they denied me a refund and said there is nothing they can do. So now I won’t have any money for December to buy presents since I live off of disability for a chronic illness.

This outlet store is huge. A total of 15 friendly employees advise Black Friday customers who want to buy without being annoying or trying to convince people to do something. The store is quite full, but there is hardly anything on the floor or in the aisles. Top
