Don't replace a battery here, first they sold and put in the wrong size, and then they broke and lost the buckets to secure the battery. Bush league rookies.

went to advance auto on mount holly huntersville rd they guy was so helpful I went in there to wire lights up on my motorcycle and a few people said talk to Dale he is the motorcycle guy this guy help me so much he even took is time an drew up a simple diagram that I could understand... I went home took me a few hours but did it. I went back an thank him so much

They beat them all they were the only store that had all the relays I needed, for my Nissan and for half the price. Office they had to order two from another store so I'm going to pick them up now. What I. Should've said was I gotta vacuum out my truck and put on my new seat covers then I'm headed to Advance Auto parts to get my other relays then to boost to switch my phone out c then going to pick up my little boy. They did a fair job at finding the parts that I needed they were helpful and had some knowledge on what I was talking about great selection in their store had some items I couldn't find at other places I would recommend them to anyone

I visited this store location on may 8th at 8:15am. I was having issues trying to figure out how to check my oil because I have a new car and it wasn’t the traditional oil stick type. I went in to the store and there were two guys standing there one of them was on the phone and the other was standing there doing nothing. I looked at the gentleman who was doing nothing to see if he could help me, and he pointed to the other gentleman on the phone. Once the other individual got off the phone I explain my situation to him and asked him what type of oil I needed for my car, he seem very rude almost like I was inconveniencing him. All I needed was for someone to tell me whether or not I needed new oil in my car because I wasn’t sure how to read the dipstick. I don’t know if this individual was having a bad day, or if he was just overwhelmed, which I understand , but as a customer, when you feel like you’re inconveniencing somebody that doesn’t seem right to me. I hope the man that helped me is okay, because he definitely seemed overwhelmed and stressed out

I simply just visited to ask for assistance for a gentleman to help me take my oil cap off because it was stuck. He didn't respond to let me know he was going to help me, he just grabbed his coat and headed toward the door to go outside. I then followed him and told him where my car was, and he then had to go get some pliers to remove it. I thanked him for helping me and he just walked off. .... I felt like he was very rude. No standard customer service. It felt like he didn't even want to help to do only that. They lost my business for anything else I may need car related.

My car has been telling me that the battery on my key fob is running low for a while and I've been putting it off. Today I was off from work and figured I'd swing by here to get it replaced. It's only a few mins away from where I live so super convenient. I arrived around 8am and there was only one other customer in the store, after a couple mins of browsing around for a battery one of the associates greeted and asked if I needed any help. I told him I needed a new battery and he went and grabbed one for me and opened up my key fob because that thing is a pain to get open. Put the new battery in and I was good to go.. after paying for it of course. Very quick and simple transaction.

Staff member approached me while trying to charge my car (which I drove over that way specifically calculating that I would be able to charge as you have it advertised on plug share) and was rude. Said it's only compatible with their vehicles (which is a boldfaced lie) and proceeded to walk inside and close the door on me while I was politely asking if I could use it for 20 minutes to have enough range to get home. I have spent tons of money at this location over the years on my gas vehicles. Pathetic customer service.

Always have everything I need here and the prices are great especially if you get Speed perks. Employees are super knowledgeable and always helpful!

I had to have my battery replaced and the gentleman tested my battery, showing that it failed. He gave me a credit since I gave them my old battery, install the new one in less than 10 minutes! Awesome customer service and very knowledgeable about what they are doing!

They were very friendly here and tried to help me find a gasket that I needed but unfortunately they didn't have.
