Not gonna lie, had no idea what this store was and gee oh golly there's a lot of aisles here! Easy to get lost for sure! But good selection and love the dacor to choose from!

This has to be the best locator I have been to the in Charlotte is junky and unorganized yet this one has so much Christmas stuff and all neat and together . The prices aren’t bad either . I was kinda shocked they had some black Santa decor most of concord leans more towards racist side of life

I enjoy the selection and decor at the store however it’s a OSHA and ADA nightmare. Carts, ladders, and boxes all over the aisle. You get part way down and are stuck or have to move stock to get out. Today one aisle wasn’t even wide enough for two carts to go down side by side going opposite directions. Several stocking a shelf at the end of next aisle just stood there and watched me as I played Tetris to move all the crap in front of me to try to just get out to the aisle. My dad enjoys the store but honestly with his mobility issues and walker, it would give me too much anxiety that he’s going to be injured to bring him back. If I do end up shopping there it’s going to be store pick up only at this point.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I feel sorry for the people who run the cash registers upfront. Employees in the back won’t help you at all. I waited in line 10 or 15 minutes to get to the register to ask about a table. I’m told I have to go back and meet somebody in the back where the table was located instead of them bringing it up front, it was $150 table. I was getting ready to spend $400 to $500 so I trudge to the back of the store AGAIN and show them the picture , which has a completely different color table on the box. Not wanting to purchase a different item I asked that they show me the item before I purchased it, the lady in charge asked me to wait to show it to me. I politely told her never mind and have a nice day. I will never go back to this dump. Walmart employees are better than the people that work here, that should tell you something

I was able to order two huge planters for our church sanctuary online. When I arrived at the Concord store, they brought them out and loaded them in my car. So easy.
