Worst store! Big wait line and after which no proper information is given.im struck with an unlocked phone Google Pixel 9xl with issues and they didn't even give me proper instructions doing that trade in.I would have gone with some other phone if they would have given me proper instructions

Paola was a fantastic team member, she immediately helped me upon entering the store, and was incredible patient and helpful when choosing a new phone to upgrade to. She made the process simple and enjoyable. I'd definitely reccomend her for anyone coming to this AT&T store, she is super kind and friendly. Thanks for a great experience in store.

I had an amazing experience at AT&T yesterday, thanks to Bruce! From the moment I walked in, Bruce was incredibly helpful and attentive. I was looking for a phone case, and he took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. He showed me several options, explained the benefits of each one, and helped me find the perfect case that not only looks great but also offers excellent protection. Bruce was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I left satisfied. His customer service was top-notch, and I left feeling confident about my purchase. On March 13th I was having a terrible day, surprisingly DeVone’ was wonderful help. Let me tell you about my perfect experience
So my phone went black out of no where I desperately needed a phone she went out of her way to make sure my all my needs were met and fulfilled. She set up my appointment for drop off, she called the insurance company (who was absolutely terrible) she made sure everything was handled. So carrying on to March 14 I left work early to make sure my phone was handed to me, as I looked down at my other phone Mrs D was calling me to do a follow up. I was so thankful and grateful for this type of customer service. She was Super Professional Super Friendly. She also was handling me, my mother (Kim Hall who has att as well & another customer. She greeted customers by the last name. Mrs D has to be the best rep this ATT has. Definitely will be going back.
