The Absolute WORST customer service!! The girl didn’t even want to get up from her chair. I think I was disturbing her as she was doing homework. TERRIBLE SERVICE, and I’m mad that I had to give 1 star.

Alvin and the rest of the team here were very helpful and easy to work with. We were able to upgrade our phone, transfer and complete the process without any issues. He also applied the screen protectors on the screens. Appreciate this location and will definitely be returning.Thanks Alvin!

Thank you so much Matewos! He was super helpful! We came in at 8 o’clock looking to port from T-Mobile to AT&T. We had to wait over 30 minutes for T-Mobile to provide us with our transfer pin and Matewos guided us through the process and was patient with us despite the long wait! He also gave suggestions on how to obtain our transfer pin despite our phone being broken. Matewos waited for us while we headed over to the T-Mobile store to obtain the pin. He also waited after his shift to ensure we can successfully port our telephone number over to AT&T. Whatever you do stop by your Concord Mills store (AT&T) and visit Matewos as your sales representative! He was understanding, had exceptional customer service, and most importantly was patient with us. We are now leaving at 9:30 past their closing time and guess what … he was still extremely patient, pleasant and kind! God bless you and Merry Christmas!
