The trade in process for both my 2011 Legacy (108k miles) and 2019 Ascent (59k) were very streamline and I felt very well taken care of.
When I traded the 2019 for the 2021 model, I had no intentions of trading this one (though tempted with the '24 one!)
Over this labor day weekend Subaru has gone above and beyond all around from the customer service with Jordan (my advisor) to the techs that worked double time to fill a huge maintenance request (with add-ons) to Jason (service manager).
I am happy to say that even though I'm there often enough to be known by name (?) they always go above and beyond to take care of not only me but my "baby" as well.
I highly recommend coming to them if you ever have a buying or maintenance need. You won't be disappointed!!”

“Our sales person, Rose, gets 5 stars. She showed us the camper types we were looking for, while not trying to push. Wonderful to work with.
The reason for 4 stars overall -
We financed a $15,000 new Transcend One 151RB, put $1500 down, and financed $19,500! ! The finance officer went through the numbers and signatures so fast we didn’t realize what was going on. Over $2,000 for extended warranty, almost $600 for paint protection, and almost $600 for roadside assistance. Also, the Special price we were shown was $500 less than what appeared on the contract (noticed later while looking for some of the $19,500 financed).
Being our first new camper purchase, we don’t know if this is the norm at dealerships. But be assured, this was our last new camper purchase.
Note, other than having to add front stabilizer jacks, we couldn’t be more pleased with the Transcend One. Built better than anything else we looked at, yet competitively priced.”

They have worked on all my vehicles including my golf cart.
They do excellent work. Small operation with outstanding results. Friendly staff. Don't go here for insurance work, if that's what you are looking for, go elsewhere, there are plenty of those places around town. For custom paint & body work, this is the place, tell them Don S. sent you!”
“These guys were very good to me, I move Modular homes with freightliner s60 glider that was patch worked together and Josh & Brent took my truck in up repair my a/c and corrected some issues from the repair shop that didn’t do things the right way.
They straight up told me they were slammed and may not be able to help me. I badgered them a little bit and they took my truck in despite not really having the time to do it. It wasn’t cheap but like I said earlier I have patch worked glider setup, which required some custom lines.
Over all they were rock solid folks and I would recommend them to anyone needing work done on there truck.”
