Horrible customer service, very very inpatient on the phone when customer is trying to understand the process of getting a car rental.

Much like the other negative reviews… got to the airport and they had no rental cars available. don’t waste your time, book a car through charlotte douglas airport if you can.

This is worst Avis location I've ever dealt with. The people are rude and refuse to do there job. Twice been told I have no vehicle available with confirmation numbers and reservations booked. Avoid at cost!!!!
