If I could give it a negative rating I would! No matter when you go it's just 1 teller and nobody even comes to help the 5 people standing in line for 15 minutes. This seems to be at every branch

Outstanding service! Thank you Channel! We are relevantly new customers to BOA. We had a few questions/issues with our new account so we scheduled an appointment online with a banker at this location. Luck was with us getting Channel. All issues addressed very professionally but also made us feel so comfortable. Thanks!

Take your business somewhere else.You’re just a number at this bank.Every single time I’ve gone to this bank for 6 months or so they are never staffed and there’s a line to the door while coworkers in the lobby talk to each other and laugh it up.Unprofessional. I work in banking as a teller and loan officer and this is crazy.

Worst experience ever. We went to add my husband to acct at 10:01 am. By the time we got our turn it was around 10:07am but she didnt take us and told us to wait for next no show or arrive at 3 pm. Banker said all employees slots were booked. I could see through cubicles and noted that staff were simply sitting in their cubicles alone. No one showed up while I was there at the bank until 10:22. She had next appoitment at 10:30am and told me that that i will have to wait until 10:45am for them to take me if folks at 10:30 did no show. when I asked why can't she see us now then she reply that it takes about 30 minutes to add person to acct. When i asked about walk-ins then she said since we only have one banker we don't take walkins. Most of the other bank of america banking center takes walkins if you wait 30-40 minutes but there was no walkins that they took at this center.

Great staff and great customer service, however the glass at this location desperately needs to be cleaned. It looks dirty on every single glass surface every time I enter the bank which is once a week.

I came here to open a checking account. There’s no line here! People are helped randomly. They helped 2 people who came after me first. This place is a chaos. So if you come to this branch to get service expect long waits and expect them to serve other people first who came way after you

Slow slow slow. Minimal clerks / tellers anytime you go in the branch. They work at a snails pace and just look at the ever growing line and appear as though they wish you’d leave.

I wanted to put $718.37 in my checking account and the bank teller didn't want to accept my 37 cents because it wasn't rolled up, it was only 37 cents the rest was cash.

Kody and the BoA staff have been extremely helpful to me during my financial endeavor. They have been extremely helpful and patient with me, as well as go out of their way to get the tasks needed completed. Definitely recommend going to this branch and getting a great customer service experience!

The Concord, NC location has gone way down hill. First they permanently closed the drive up window. How ridiculous! Now they are closed on a Friday for no reason. When I called the main # the woman said they are always closed on Friday & Saturday at that location. Which is a lie. I will be switching to a bank that doesn't play games. I really needed that money today.

Thanks for the response Chris. This is dealing with something promised by a branch employee so an ATM or customer service won't help. And I am not driving there for a 4th time this week for something not even my fault.
