Slowest bank I've ever been to. Swear dmv is quicker. 1 car in front of me, been here for 14mins and still waiting.

Bad customer service. Don’t find solutions, just tell you that there is a problem with your account. But don’t mind to solve it or give you a business answer. Took for ever in drive thru. Thumbs down to this branch. Have had 3 incidents this year, very unpleasant. I had to go to Poplar tent branch to fix it in 15 minutes, waited 35 mins in concord to tell me there was something unusual. Ughh

These ladies were great at this bank they didn't know me from Adam but they sure acted as if they did ill be glad to go back there if I ever have to again

Why would you have your most inexperienced people working at close to closing time. I sat over 15 minutes in the drive thru. The girl finished the other person in line and picked up my deposit and sat it back down and walked away. Why is there not a dedicated person working the drive thru and one for the front counter. And why not have your most efficient people working at the close of the day. This happens a lot and is very frustrating. If there was a different branch I could go to I would but this one is on my way home from work . I personally don’t bank at BB&T and I wouldn’t go here if it wasn’t for my work deposit . Get better help
