I've always enjoyed coming to Belk when I'm at the mall. I personally love their selection of Ralph Lauren, and my wife loves their handbags. In recent years, prices have gone way up to where it's hard to afford 1 polo shirt. Staff usually keep to themselves. I've had plenty of bad experiences with different staff. I've also had good experiences.

It was extremely hot in the store and the fitting rooms was even hotter. I couldn't concentrate and the sweat was awful as well. I would have purchased more items but I couldn't because of fear of heat stroke!

I enjoy shopping at Belks! One thing that gets me, though.. why do they offer coupons? They never apply to any purchase I've ever made, lol.

Terrible, awful customer service
I went to get fitted for a bra and was told the manager was out today that does the bra fitting. That I should leave my name and number and when the manager returns to work she will call me.
What kind of lunacy is that! I have never heard of such ridiculousness! I shared this experience with my family and friends and none of us will be returning to this store. This occurred at Belk located at Carolina Mall, Concord,NC
Terrible, Awful, Disrespectful, Rude customer service. And the elderly cashier needed help in that section, she was clueless to the many people online.
Shame on you Belk, Zero stars

I bought a suit for a wedding and it was updated and very reasonalbe. While the salesperson needed more help( co-workers) she was very kind, informative and vey helpful. A great experience and I will return. Bravo!

After discovering Kohls no longer sells name brand clothes I ventured over to this Belk location. They had a much larger section of casual name brand clothes for an average price so I dropped $350 on Nautica and Tommy Hilfiger mens apparel. Saturday I witnessed a man coming out of the Ladies restroom. Clearly having used it drying his hands as he walked out. The mens restroom is right beside it. There is no one anywhere near there to monitor the people. Women be aware and also I've seen a man come out of the womens dressing room.

Purchased two white shirts today but have purchased at least 20 over the last year but all of the white ones have marks that do not come out. You do not see the marks until you take it home, unpackage it, and prepare to wear it...UGH

Terrible customer service by Pam & Linda. My online order arrived with a security tag so I went to this location. They didn't apologize had a doing me a favor removing the security tag. Linda of course was very proud of herself smurking while I waited to speak to Pam. Thought she was a Manager but now realizing she probably phoned a friend from another Dept.
