This Best Buy has terrible customer service! After being in the Apple section for about 5 minutes, another couple walked up and immediately got assistance. We were totally ignored, the gentleman didnt even acknowledged us. I didn't see his name tag, but he was a really short, medium built white male with shaggy brown hair. I approached another employee with 'Baldy' on his name tag. He seemed bothered to answer our questions. We decided to take our money somewhere it is appreciated & welcomed. This was my 1st & last time shopping at this BB.We went to the Apple store @ South Park tonight and received top notch customer service.

Lots of options for okay prices but the customer service is quite lacking. We waited for someone to check us out for over ten minutes (not because there was a line--because no one was at check out) and while there we couldn't find anyone to ask if they had a specific item in stock so we ended up just not buying it.

I was greeted as soon as I walked onto the store. Personal was friendly and very helpful from customer service to the geek squad. My problem was solved within 20 minutes. I saved money and went home with a New Printer. I couldn't be happier. 10 Stars, Thanks Best Buy.

Ordered new pixel 8 phone from BB because my pixel 4a5g trade value was 30% higher than Google store. Since this phone was just released, it took about 5 days you arrive. Picked it up at the store, transferred everything from my old phone, reset it and left the trade. Entire activity took about 45min and most of that was data transfer time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable process. Highly recommend Best Buy for product availability, pricing and service.

I purchased a TV and scheduled delivery on Saturday. On Saturday, I called to make sure they have my address and all the correct contact numbers. TV was not delivered on Saturday. So, I went to Best Buy and I’m not giving any explanation. Horrible customer service and I wasted my Saturday!!

Been to a lot of Best Buy’s and got 0 help from the employees. Went in today to buy a new GoPro and Joseph was a huge help and answered all of my questions and then some, very pleasant experience. Walked to the AT&T after I purchased the go pro to ask a question and the young girl told me she was a Verizon girl so she didn’t know, you work at a AT&T also so it was a bit confusing. Thanks Joseph for the help

It took us 2 trips and 4 different phone calls to get a resolution. But in the end, the manager understood our situation and was willing to work with us. Thank you for understanding and having compassion for our family. We have been a long-time customer and will always come back to Best Buy.
