Nice, organized store. Only issue is their Customer Service is really bad. It appears leadership is non-existent. When you do ask for assistance; the front end staff always has an attitude; rolling their eyes, suck their teeth etc. I would recommend retraining or finding new front end staff that enjoys their job.

Now in general there’s a few items I get from BJs besides the gas. The store is well organized and everything looks great ! The Deli is always my 1st stop However there was a little lady with glasses that served me and I should not have taken what she given me. My cheese is all stuck together and can’t be separated, and my turkey slices are huge and just stacked on top of each other. Please avoid the little lady with glasses in the deli.

This place is worst than Walmart, we could hardly find an deals after or anything worth the savings to justify the membership, after 2 days I quickly cancelled and requested a full membership refund, took 30 days to finally get the money back in my account. If shopping at BJ’s was free without membership I might consider but thy need cashiers this self checkout is crazy. Just go to Walmart or the supermarket nothing here really worth the hassle, we were expecting more options and selections. With all this inflation a lot f things surely my worth it at all. Came out with he store still spending over $400 and nothing to she for it.

super slow service: im picking up a door dash that should have already been all set for me to pick…. here i am waiting 30 min later and still havnt gotten any service…….. horrible service

The self checkouts are utter garbage technology. The worst I’ve ever encountered. The employees ignore all the flashing lights too!

Last year we purchased a membership during a "special". The membership was offered at $25, and we were promised $40 in store credit -- seemed like a great deal. Except that we never got the $40, and we didn't find the store prices for the things we purchase to be bargains. We cancelled the membership, yet they charged our credit card for a membership renewal again this year -- and they don't answer the phone when I call about it. I'm going to have to go to the store in person to get this cancelled. NEVER AGAIN.

Clean, well organised and well stocked store. Amazing staff. Lot of deals on the app and also in store. Competitive prices. Fresh vegetables and a good selection. Milk and egg quality is very good. can't beat the price for quality and quantity. Clean restrooms. They have auto center, opticals and gas station. Gas prices are atleast 10¢ less compared to other gas stations near by. The fuel is not top tier gasoline. Free air.

Greetings, hopefully, everyone is well. Our family has been let down by a club that we use multiple times a month.Today, after many calls, and many run-around, we found out that BJS uses door dash to pick up your order but doesn't have that information displayed on any part of their website. Had we known this, we would have picked up our order ourselves.The problem started when it was 30 mins past the time the order we placed online was supposed to be dropped off was supposed to happen. We called to ask what the hold-up was, BJS took no responsibility, only blamed door dash. The manager at BJS failed to put me on hold while he called his manager and we overheard him only worried about how they were going to get credited back the funds. Not that a family of 7 was waiting to eat.Door Dash agreed to redeliver and when they got to the store, BJS canceled, then we called back, and BJS finally agreed to redeliver again, and we ended the door dash call with a plan. Then tried to update our number on BJS and was put on hold for over 30 mins. So we hung up and called BJS back and were told they couldn't update information over the phone.2 hours after waiting for redelivery, we finally called BJS again to see what the hold-up was, only to be told that they can't complete the order.Finally put family decided to spend $40 to go to the store ourselves, still out of $280, only to spend another $240.When at the store, the workers explained how this manager is known to have issues and is nasty towards many people. The workers also explain that staff just went through a retraining 2 weeks ago where they were supposed to help us but the manager was new, didn’t know all the stuff he should and too prideful to ask for help.Now we have to call door dash back and request a refund for the initial order that will take 48 hours.We are a family of 7, with 5 children. This incident has exhausted us and we wish we had another place to shop but can't afford it.

great store. Great prices. Saved 70 dollars today. Gas prices great also. 3.10 - 15 today! Yes. Service is also grand. Manager checked us out. LOVE BJ. Going to try restaurant next Tuesday
