Very rude woman who works here...had to miss my appointment but she still charged me $45 dollars. Tried to explain to her. She said she didn't care and she would argue it with the bank if she had to.

The massage therapist was very rude to me when I had to miss my appointment and charged me $45 (the full price) for missing it without warning me first.
