Wan is top-notch!! He was very patient, very professional and has great customer service skills!! We will not go to any other Boost store because of Wan and his knowledge of cell phones and their issues AND Mostly because he knows how to interact with his customers on a personal AND professional level!! Wan is in my opinion a very valuable asset to the Boost family!

The manager of this Boost store is very helpful. Tech hooking me up with phone never explained anything - sent to this store to transfer phone numbers etc. This gentleman answered all questions in a professional way. The hours for this store are 10-? mon - sat and sun noon -?.

Elizabeth did nothing to attempt to help me… but quickly moved on to the Spanish speaking customer and had me call 611 which I had been doing to no avail for the past 2 months

This was on a Sunday Of course they were very very busy Everyone was doing there last minute Christmas shopping The store going to close early that day They had great customer service and I was able to find everything that I needed Will come back at this Walmart again

I have been having trouble with every phone I get thru the life line state program. The lady at the BOOST MOBILE store had several solutions and I'm grateful because these phones I keep getting from SafeLink & ASSURANCE WIRELESS ARE TERRIBLE AND DRIVING ME CRAZY. Definitely goin back to get my next PHONE .

There was a sign on the door that said they’d be back in 10 mins and i was like okay that’s fine we’d been waiting for an hour and they still hadn’t showed up terrible.
