I have been having trouble with every phone I get thru the life line state program. The lady at the BOOST MOBILE store had several solutions and I'm grateful because these phones I keep getting from SafeLink & ASSURANCE WIRELESS ARE TERRIBLE AND DRIVING ME CRAZY. Definitely goin back to get my next PHONE .

Osa was great! The owner or manager is the problem at this location! He did such a bad job of migrating my phone all i got was contacts nothing else. I had to leave boost because he had the phone so screwed up! But Osa is elsewhere doing a great job!

I recently came in to get an upgrade on my phone. The young lady who went by "Osa", I believe her full name to be Oasiris was extremely unprofessional. The minute I walked in the door I said I wanted to get a new phone, she advised I was not eligible for an upgrade because the account stated I had my phone for 38 days. I had my phone for over a year and another boost representative at a different store attempted an upgrade and was unsuccessful so it restarted the time on my account. Instead of listening to the situation she told me to call customer service and figure it out with them. I asked if she could call customer service. She advised they charge $3.00 a phone call. So I called them.. I was on the phone for 40 minutes. As I waited on hold I asked for the store managers information. She advised she was the store manager. I find that hard to believe since she had a conversation in spanish with a gentleman advising she got stuck working by herself that day. I had to get her on the phone with customer service as they were unable to assist me after she told me they would update my account. They stated they could not and we disconnected the call. She then told me I could go to walmart to purchase a phone and activate it myself. I told her I'd already been to walmart that day and if she would talk to me about my options - she advised she already had when I first walked in and that I could go to walmart. I then asked - would you mind showing me some phones because I don't want to spend a lot of time in Walmart. She then said well they have everything we do. So I asked firmly at this point, could you show me some phones? She said well what do you want? I said I don't know could you suggest something and she said well I don't know what you want and then told me that I didn't have to be rude when asking. I promptly advised that I had just been on the phone for 40 minutes doing what I'm sure she was able to do - she then became shorter with me not telling me much information of the phones I was viewing and I chose one. I asked if I could get contact for her district or regional office - she responded and said "why, do you not think I gave you good customer service?" I responded and said "no, I don't." She responded saying "Well you were rude to me and I'm still helping you, I think that's good customer service." She then provided an email address for storehelp at the end of the transaction on a piece of paper. I asked who I should address the email to and she said "Juan - you can just give him my name, he knows who I am". I traveled to another store pretty certain that there were many things a wry after that experience. Low and behold I was handed a business card for an account executive, a direct email address and phone number. I was also advised from these store representatives that they were 99% certain there was no $3 charge to call customer service and that the activation fee was less than what I was charged. -_- ,. If it were possible I would give negative star ratings for this store/customer service experience. The child was barely 20 if not younger and thought she could talk to paying customers in a manor that demanded respect that she has not earned even for herself.
