My family and I have been here several times. The quality of food is very good, very filling. There is a good variety of menu items and a large enough staff to ensure that no one falls through the cracks. Prices are good too. The one downside is how incredibly busy they get. There is almost always a wait. Some days, it can get upwards of an hour. I believe it's worth the wait, but it's never fun. Aside from that, it's worth going back.Parking: Parking is another pain point, but no real solution. During busy times, it can be challenging to find a spot.

My husband and I went there today for a late morning breakfast. We had to wait for a booth to open up, but left after 10 minutes of waiting because it was freezing in there. Even the cashier was wrapped in a blanket! Why would a restaurant keep it that cold? The temperature outside was 68 degrees. I am not going to pay to eat and sit there shivering.

We had a bad experience here before, my boyfriend had found a few pieces of hair in his food. But we decided to give it another chance. Today we went in and I saw they had a new special. But when I got my food I found a ROACH! A ROACH! One thing I cannot tolerate is bugs in my food.

We used to come here more often. However the last two times we came there have been problems with our orders. The waiters and waitresses seem to be on top of things, but the orders coming out of the kitchen aren't quite right. This morning my daughter and I went and ordered some eggs benedict. The plates came out with the side dishes switched. So my daughter had to scoop her home fries from off my plate and onto hers. Also I ordered an extra benedict egg. It was served sunny side up when it was supposed to be poached. Also Hollandaise sauce is supposed to have lemon juice in it. What I was served tasted like that important ingredient was missing. So some very basic errors coming out of the kitchen. It had been a month or two since our last visit and I think it may be even longer this time before we go back.

Just go to the Salisbury location. My girlfriend and I go there at least 2-3 times a week and are always taken care of.We happened to be in the Concord area so we stopped here at the Copperfield BreakfastTime. I didn't think this chain would let us down as bad as it did.To start, we got sat in a reasonable time, and our order was promptly taken and the food was delivered quite fast. The table and seats were properly wiped down. Our waitress Ally was quick and precise and very understanding. These are the few positives. As for the negatives, it started small, something I would've overlooked and said nothing about. The light fixture above our table was caked in dust and was very off-putting. My coffee was brought to me with coffee grounds floating on the top. I fished them out and went to add some sugar, but all the sugar in the container was clumped together solid. After exchanging the sugar, we waited for our food. The food was delivered quite fast after ordering which was great, but my eggs (ordered over easy) were undercooked. After asking for them to be replaced, I was brought back the same exact eggs. The kitchen scooped my eggs from the plate and back onto the griddle and back to my plate. I knew it was the same eggs because they had the same cut from when I had them the first time and found that the whites were still runny. It may be nitpicky but I found that kinda disrespectful. None of this would be acceptable at the Salisbury location that we frequent.Another complaint I have goes for all BreakfastTime locations (at least the ones we've been to); the window bacon is disgusting. Bacon doesn't take long to make and could be made to order. Some people prefer chewy bacon and some prefer crispy. When the bacon is made in bulk and made to sit in the window like that, it becomes unappealing and nobody gets a choice in how they want their bacon.I had a waffle and a coffee and my girlfriend had the country fried steak. Due to the lowest tip option being 18%, our ticket came out to just over $30. I have no problem tipping good service, but when my hand is forced into a certain tip amount, it doesn't feel as good. Pay your employees a livable wage so they aren't forced to rely on tips. Will not be coming back to this Copperfield location.

You know, for a place named Breakfasttime you'd think it would be a joke but in fact they actually serve delicious breakfast! All the time! Like, it's breakfast time...ALL the time! And it's delicious!

Out to lunch with my sister but was in the mood for Breakfast. Found this place to be cute, clean and food very tasty at a reasonable price. Staff very courteous not real fancy on the outside but food worth it. They serve lunch as well. Open until 3 pm only.
