“We live 30ish minutes from a competitor Formal store. But we choose to drive two hours to McKenzie Jade’s . It’s so worth it!!!! The owners and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel like you are just as important to them as if you are family. The first time we went, McKenzie Jade herself told us to come in before the store opened to try on dresses. We were there with teen Miss North Carolina at the time. It was a wonderful experience.We were shopping again last week and experienced the same wonderful treatment. Even Mama Jade (Tracey) herself stepped in to help us find the perfect pageant dress. I can’t remember the sweet girls name who helped us. We probably tried on 10 dresses, And she was very patient and understanding. She even picked out the dress we ended up buying.
