The worst manager. I was trying to return my items, tags are still intact. It was not showing up on system but I did show her my transaction made from my card. She just says I can’t help you, not my problem.
If the manger is rude, the store won’t run.

I visited your store with my three-year-old child. Unfortunately, my child became upset over a broken toy that he wanted to purchase and began crying. As any considerate parent would I proceeded to the front of the store preparing to leave. As I was trying to get my son out of the cart an employee approached me and, in what I perceived as a discriminatory manner, stated, "Ma'am, if you don't quiet him down, we will have to ask you to leave the store." This interaction was distressing and embarrassing for me as a customer. Here I am trying to calm down an upset toddler and remove him from the store only to be approached by an employee and told that I may potentially be kicked out.
Subsequently, I attempted to address the issue by calling the store after leaving, hoping to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, my experience worsened as soon as the person on the other end of the phone answered. Needless to say Lisa the "Manager on duty" Hung up on me.

The store is one of my favorites but yesterday I had a bad experience with what I think is the manager. Yesterday she only saw us so bad, she was throwing things like crazy and looking at the ugly people. My 6 year old son told me why she was angry and ugly case yes. They don't want to work, leave home like that, Mrs. Alison is an American, if you don't want to work, go home and don't stress Asus employees and the people who are going to buy from you, don't give them anything, I hope not there, why show up until Asus employees treat them badly😡

Come tonight 1/14/2024
10 mins before close lady African American kept threatening us since we arrived an hour before closing to go pay before they turn off the machines (registers) so we headed to go pay before 10pm when lady told us to. Asian young lady with glasses claims there machines acting up and they had turn them off before closing time. Yet they had checked out a lady just perfectly fine before we got there. Both associates were communicating entire time. They turned off the registers to be PETTY and it’s BAD for business and customer service not professional at all. For people who have emergencies and Burlington stay open late for its customers but the workers are LAZY and mean ! Hire better workers!! We Will be calling corporate in the morning.
They also do not wear name tags , they did not want give their names either very rude. Please if your coming late an hour before closing don’t bother, they will not let you make purchases , I have an entire cart full of items and told me they would not check me out , they did not try to hide what they did.

This store needs more employees. They are short of cashier’s and restockers ar store. Most of the items are misplaced and no associate to put them back. Most of the household items are always empty

Today, I had my baby by myself & my cart was very full. I was asked to leave my cart in the store & pull my car around to get my items (because carts can’t leave the store). I made it to my car & realized I needed to change the baby… knowing it would take a while until I could get back to my items, I became anxious. Before I knew it, an employee (maybe manager?) named Corey came walking up with all of my items in his hands and personally put them in my car for me. Corey was a big blessing to me today! Thank you Corey! I’ll definitely be returning to your store!

I got there as soon as they opened, had to use the bathroom and there was trash & a dirty diaper on the ground as soon as I walked in. There was urine all over and around the toilet, hovering while 9 months pregnant isn’t quite easy. On top of everything I didn’t have any toilet paper to wipe with and there was no soap to wash my hands. Do better, it’s really not that hard.
