We worked with Carolina Interiors to design our living room, bonus room, dining room, office, and our children’s bedrooms after moving into a new home. Comfort, design, and practicality were our top priorities—and they delivered on all fronts.
JC and Joel helped us select every piece, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Each item fits perfectly in our space, thanks to thoughtful space planning that maximized both functionality and flow. Our home now feels elevated and refined, but more importantly, it feels like us.
They guided us through choosing fabrics, wood tones, and styles that pushed us out of our comfort zone in the best possible way. They truly understood our vision and nailed the overall aesthetic.
If we had to do it all over again, we absolutely would—without hesitation.

I have been working with Carolina Interiors for 27 years and 6 different houses. The reasons I keep coming back is their quality, design advice, prices and service. Their prices are even better than Hickory Furniture Mart. Joel listens, works with your style and keeps your budget in mind at all times. I highly recommend Joel and Carolina Interiors.

Carolina Interiors has been an example of quality in our area for so long. The new location is awesome and full of great ideas. Joel Blackwelder is so talented. He is always eager to help you design your perfect space. He was so helpful in my recent move and I am thrilled with the results. Prices were very reasonable and the quality is maintained. I could not more highly recommend Joel and Carolina Interiors.

Joel was awesome helping us figure out what all we needed for our living room. He quickly understood what our needs were and took us in the right direction. He’s got very good taste. I’m sure we will be seeing him again in the near future!
He also accompanied the guys who brought the furniture out and helped with the set up. That’s what I call excellent customer service!

Walked in after seeing them on FB. My wife and I were instantly greeted by Colton. Both Colton and Garret were very helpful and accommodating by putting together and rearranging furniture pieces for us so we could visualize and get exactly what we wanted. We purchased a 3 piece electric loveseat with a console. Highly recommend them for service and prices. We will shop here again in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Carolina Interiors and their amazing owner/interior designer, Joel! We have had the pleasure of working with him to decorate almost every room in our house, and the results have been nothing short of spectacular.

Carolina Interiors are true interior design professionals! I have known and worked with Joel for years, and he always has the best ideas and a real eye for colors and textures. He asked me what I was trying to achieve and then found exactly what I needed. I recently purchased 3 rooms of furniture for our new coastal home and we have been very happy with all our finds. Excellent showroom selections and can order from all the quality manufacturers. It's worth a trip every time!

Carolina Interiors is a real find! I have worked with the owner & staff for years. What they offer is turnkey as they can help you furnish and decorate your entire home including space planning by room with everything from furniture to lamps & lighting, rugs, artwork, and even both hard and soft window treatments. You get personalized treatment with their attention to detail and flair & experience with design. My homes would never have looked the same without the help of Carolina Interiors. I love my Jessica Charles swivel chairs and Hancock and Moore sofa, both top quality and comfortable. I also like the fact that you can see and touch actual furniture, rugs, lamps, artwork, etc. but have the option to order from lots of manufacturers with their professional assistance. You are missing out if you are in the market to redecorate or furnish a new home! I give them 6 stars!

I went in last weekend to shop for a sectional after having a horrible experience at another local custom furniture retailer. Everyone here was so incredibly nice and helpful. Quotes were provided quickly and the customization process was really smooth. I will definitely stop in again for future furniture purchases. Carolina Interiors knows how to value customers!
