This place is ridiculous. First time when I decided to go there I simply couldn't find it because they didn't locate the store on Google maps correctly, they put it on the opposite way of the highway. So that time I simply spent 1 hour of my life with no luck of finding it and going back home. 2nd time when I came they were closed for lunch for 30 min (poster on the door), I've waited for more than 30 min, there were 3 more customers waiting for her and leaving. When the lady finally came from the break she didn't let me in saying that she has 15 more min of her lunch break. Ridiculous. Why post that the lunch is only for 30 min on the door and make customers wait for an hour???

Was there a couple weeks ago. At the register, the girl asked if I wanted to open an acct. 3 times I told her no. She finally said if you apply, you will save (roughly $125) that's a lot of money she said. Finally I said ok fine. Applied, it wasn't approved or not approved, just said waiting. So...after badgering me into applying for a card I didn't want, lying to me and telling me that by only applying I would receive the discount I left. I was approved for the card but immediately cancelled it and won't shop there again.

I walked in to the carter's store located in concord nc this morning (the concord mills location inside the mall) to process a return on items I received as gifts via mail. The Rep advised that she used to be the store manager a year ago but want to check the return policy. When she returned after speaking with the 'manager' I was provided with two options: Have the funds returned to the card of the person who paid for the gifts or to exchange the items in store. I then explained that I would like to get a gift card to go shopping online. The Rep them started to explain the reason why its done this way was first because the package could have been taken from someone eles porch ( Rep said she doesn't think I did that) and then said that it was to protect the credit card information of the person who paid for the items. ( Which one is it?) I never asked anything outside of placing the return on a gift card. I did reach out to customer service regarding this issues and was provided with a resoultion. I'm never the person to write reviews but this time I seen no other option but I feel that training needs to be done in regards to understanding policy's... Feel free to reach out

I am not truly a fan of Carter’s. There clothes are all the same just different patterns. They shrink easily and they are overpriced. Once and awhile you can find a good clearance deal. This location on this day had a Very unprofessional manager and staff at this location. I am a cardholder but after my experience in doing a return I am not sure I will be returning to Carter’s. I did a Afterpay return and a return I made with my CC. The sales person was in such a rush she returned all the items together one part went back to my CC while I had to stand around and wait for a manager to return the second part. The manager came in finally never even looked at me or acknowledged me after I waited so long than said that “no one really knew anything about Afterpay”. Like I was using food stamps to buy clothes ?. You should know your methods of payments if you are a manager or working at the register.
