Fast, great, professional service at a reasonable price! They replaced my water pump and timing belt and had me back on the road in few days. I will definitely be using Charlie's Auto Repair for any future repairs I need!

Had a reservation for truck rental,after flying in from another state,we get there and they have 20 trucks but none of them are operable ,after realizing they weren't helpful and didn't care,we went out to parking lot in the cold to try and find another truck rental place on our phone,guy that was eating at the front counter came out and staring at us making us uncomfortable and making odd comment ,we had to walk out to busy hwy and call an uber to take us to another location so we could try and find a truck rental,very strange

This guy knows his stuff! We have taken ALL of our cars to him for repair and he has always gotten the job done with no issues. Will never take my cars anywhere else

I went to the them for a second opinion on a Head gasket repair. One of the guys told me verbatim it was an "oil valve" but i asked for a quote for both jic. One 300 and the other for HG 1200. Then they charged me an extra 300 bc "the bolts were broken off" (not by an owner of the car) Then turned around and said they charged me for other things along with it without updating the customer on needs or permission for additional work. The guy at the desk gave me a run around abt everything, and got a little aggressive that I was asking questions abt the charges.Not only that, they took the copies of the quotes out of my car. I wouldn't suggest them. I can't even leave an estimate on the seat without them throwing it away yet alone trust them with your car. I paid the 615 and notified them that my car had no leaks upon arrival and now has an oil leak. They said they looked and didn't see any leaks and it was from a previous car. As of 2 days of driving my car it HAS leaked and IS LEAKING. STILL!

We literally had our car in for repair for 3 months. When we told them we were going to take it somewhere else, they berated us for "rushing" them. When we got our car back, it still had many issues and the bill was more than the BB value of the car. Do NOT take your car here.

So not use them for Budget renral. I made a reservation 3 weeks ago for a one way out of state and when i went to pick up my truck they had a hand written sign that said closed until Monday and the lot filled with trucks. Very disappointed and had to call around to finally find a truck with Uhaul. Smaller than i needed. Terrible customer service. It would of been nice to get a call to let me know as i drove 4 hours to pick up.
