The customer service here is nothing short of amazing. This was my first time coming here and I chose to visit based on reviews from other customers. I now see why they are so highly rated. They change nearly 40% more price on parts then genuine dealership cost. I went to dealership and got the parts but they changed additional $30 for every hour. As I paid for $70 for inspection, so I got the repair done. But next time I won’t vist this place.

My van’s brake lights were not working. Eventhough I went near end of day as it was urgent, I was very satisfied with CBAs service as they quickly resolved the issue and I was on my way out in 15 mins all at a low cost. I am glad I chose them for this service.

Great customer service. The repair inspection report was very thorough and included pictures showing the concerns. Not many shops do this in my opinion. Would recommend.

I am so pleased with CBA. They were professional and went above and beyond to accommodate me. They answered all my questions and never acted annoyed. They provided me with pick up when my vehicle was completed. They even gave me delicious cookies after I settled my bill.
Will absolutely continue to use them.

They treated me like a high priority throughout my whole process. I was scared my car wasn't going well they listened assessed and delivered. This was the easiest process I've ever dealt with. Now I wish I knew about them years ago. The shuttle driver was on point and very courteous. I enjoyed this whole experience and got my car feeling like a new car. Great jobs Ashley and crew

UPDATE: 3rd time using them and I still highly recommend this shop. I dropped My truck off with some serious issues on Sunday and they did all the work by Friday (it was a lot). I didn't even make it all the way to their parking lot before it died and they pushed it the last 60 yards.
Excellent. Highly recommend them.
