I loved the atmosphere when I walked through their door-Christian music playing, books written by Christian authors on the table in the waiting area, snacks while you wait, and a pleasantly clean bathroom. Everyone was very friendly and polite. Although I had to wait about 24 hours before my car was ready-parts had to be ordered and replaced-car is almost 20 years old-they shuttled me back and forth and I met the mechanic that worked on my car. His name is Jacob. Jacob was busy but he took the to go over everything. I will be back!

I’ll take this review down when y’all fix my brother‘s AC spent over two grand. It still didn’t fix the issue and now y’all got him on the hook on some payment plan involved I don’t understand how you charge somebody over two grand and still don’t fix the air conditioner and you tell him it’s over his simple part for $2100. You should’ve had that fixed. We’re gonna see what happens. I would really appreciate it if you take care of my friend but if not, I will make sure the whole world knows I’m gonna keep posting the truth because Wright is right and wrong is wrong so we’ll see if you fix it or give him his money back one or two I’ll go the long way if I got to..

He works at that vehicle and it’s smoking hot outside. What do you mean he ain’t called somebody had you on the hook for two grand and it was hot outside and you used that vehicle to work out of you mean to tell me you wouldn’t call them back get out of here . I could do this all day, bro. I bet y’all ain’t even Christian. What I love about this the most is that it’s honest wrong is wrong right is right.

I was trying to find a place to replace my brakes and rotors. My problem was I needed the work done in a short amount of time before I had to go to work. I called the day before to book an appointment, and they said sure. I brought my vehicle in at the specified time. They gave me an estimate. They had their shuttle take me home. They had the work done a half hour prior to my travel to work.
The staff there was very nice. They even informed me of future mechanical things to be serviced in the future. The price is what the price was quoted.
I'm definitely going back!

11/10 would recommend! I popped in without making an appointment and within a couple hours they were able to evaluate my vehicle that had been damaged in an accident.
As a customer I appreciated them working me in, as well as the transparency in their evaluation. They provided picture and video of damage as well as up front pricing so that you can work with them to figure out what you want and need done.
Not only that, they said they would be able to have work completed on my vehicle by end of the next day, and the price for work needed was fair.
Above and beyond that, they called me back same day that the work was completed and my vehicle was ready.
This company has definitely earned my trust and business! Thank you!

Thank you Brian and all the man at this location. Today I had a very scary thing happen with my car. I was run off the road and lost a tire. This wonderful man helped me along with the owner. They found me a tire and put it on my tire. The helped me remember that there are true Christian men. God BLess you and thank you so very very much.

There are no words how grateful I am today! This place went above and beyond for me! Have a family emergency and need to head out of town tomorrow. Was already over 1,000 miles due for an oil change due to another family emergency 2 weeks ago!! I tried 4 places in Concord today to see if they could change my oil. Every place I went to, I sat and waited in line for 20 min, and they all didn't have the filter for my Genesis! Called Hendrick Automall, where I bought my car (bought 4 cars there in 8 yrs) and they told me they couldn’t fit me in today. I explained my situation and they still didn’t help me! I remember my mother used to brag about Christian Brothers. So I called today! Told them I needed this asap, due to everyone not having the filter! They called, ordered the filter and scheduled me for today! The customer service is too notch! I highly recommend Christian Brothers! I will be back! Thanks again!

This was my 1st time having my car serviced with Christian Brothers. I must say from start to finish I was very impressed. They have a shuttle service that made things very easy for me. This is an on time business and I will definitely be back! I can't remember the young lady that picked me up but she was definitely professional, sharp and a pleasure to work with. Went in for a basic oil change and their prices and customer service was the best we have ever had. My husband said we will not go anywhere else. These people seem to be very kind and professional with a lot of integrity!

I am a repeat customer Alberto helped with my Jeep and Holly followed up with all details making sure my car was still in tact. I really appreciate their service and will always come back - they give detailed reports or follow ups before starting service and once complete - They even have a shuttle - Kudos to these guys!
