Went to other concord location. they weren't able to help came straight to this location and Ariana helped me out with no issues I really appreciate with her taking her time will come back to the location definitely recommend this store. Love her attitude and her ethics and her patience sweet girl she deserves a raise don't lose her cricket.

Amazing customer service, the manager there was incredibly kind and respectful. She did all I wanted and even more. I cannot remember her name.

The girl who was working today was super nice the whole time , I came in and she was dealing with some difficult customers and she had so much patience and walked them through it , she was super nice to me as well , I wish I was able to get a phone through them but I didn’t get approved ; she made my visit very enjoable

Best cricket store in concord Everytime I have a problem I look for Ariana just came back from new York and I knew I had to stop there she's the best she knows what she's doing

I actually took my mother in to pay her account up to danever. Thought anything else about it. The lady that was in there knew what she was doing. His very customer oriented. I enjoyed The Visit there. However, however, this week when I got a statement from my bank and they had charged 3 times With another.
60 cent dollar charge coming out tomorrow. I have never used cricket service. Didn't ask any questions about myself. Starting to use cricket service. I don't know where they got their information about me about my bank, but I'm actually terribly upset with them now. And would not use them is my phone Carrier? I'm sure this won't be printed but it is the truth. Is what happened?

My experience with one of the retailers was great she answered all my questions! She is also the manger of the store! Very impressed with her work ethic overall she knew that companies information and her tech savvy skills. So far this store has been one of the best stores I have been.
