We had an emergency ignition replacement. CTR did a great job on a Friday. The module failed but CTR replaced it at no cost to us. They are great people and mechanics!!!

This mechanic alongside the locksmith is a rare find. He will not take on a job that he cannot finish in a timely manner for your needs. If something comes up while he is in the middle of fixing the initial issue, he will notify and ask for the OK to proceed forward with the additional maintenance needed. I HIGHLY recommend him to help you with that stressful job that has you stumped. There is not much he cannot do for your vehicle, so give Chris a call for your next vehicle needs. I've never bought a car where they made me feel so comfortable about what I was purchasing.The staff was great from the cashier to the salesman down to the mechanic.I will definitely be contacting CTR in the future and recommend anyone to go check them out.

I had an excellent experience with Dennis at CTR Automotive. I had taken my truck to another mechanic who couldn't fix the issue, but CTR not only diagnosed and repaired it successfully, they did so in a timely manner. Two things I want to note, right up front: First, I don’t reflexively rate anything a full five-stars (the all/nothing habit some folks have with reviews is unproductive); Second, I have historically had a lot of trust issues with mechanics.
These fellas are friendly, capable, fast, service-oriented, and most crucially, honest. To the extent I have had any problems with their services, when I raised my concerns they readily listened and immediately responded to make things right, with zero hesitation.
I couldn’t be happier. They are setting the standard in Concord, as far as I am concerned.

The first time I stopped in, I was looking for a shop to do some custom exhaust work on my truck.
The friendly and helpful staff informed me that they did not perform that type of work. But, suggested a shop in the area they work with. Provided me with the contact information and address of their business.
The shop they sent me to was exactly what I was looking for. And did great work at a fair price.
From that experience, I wanted to bring my truck to CTR automotive for the next service needed on my truck.
The second visit, the staff was friendly, much like the first time.
Provided the service requested in a quick and professional manner. At a fair price to boot.
Left feeling confident with the service provided.
Before this, I had been bringing my truck to Ben myatt Chevrolet in concord for its services. After multiple less than favorable experiences in a row there. It was nice to find another shop close to home, with friendly and professional service!
