Bought an item out of urgent necessity, but left and checked my nearby Harris Teeter for same item. Turned out the CVS IS $4.50 more expensive than the one at CVS. Bought the one at Harris Teeter to return the one at CVS. Got to CvS and they were leaving the store 30 minutes early when they were supposed to stay open until 8:00 pm. Also after returning home I check prices on line and it turned that Walmart was half the price of CVS. One more thing about CVS at this store, it needs a major cleanup. The floors in this store are very dirty. The aisles are arranged in a ridiculous manner so that you cannot see where items are located. It’s like walking through a maze.

This is my favorite CVS location, but the membership accounts are getting more difficult to navigate. They are mixed up, and there seems to be no simple way to merge them. I am paying the monthly fee but I barely have the bandwidth to use it.

Very rude employees, that's why I do not like addressing anything to or with them. Very unfriendly!

There are lots of room for improvement in all areas of the store starting with pharmacy staff, some are friendly some make you feel as if your need to say I am sorry for even being here, also when going through drive through please have a clear English language speaking person waiting on you , it takes a huge amount of time and effort to try to understand what the person working the window says .. takes more time and patience on the customers part to understand and convey what their needs are. Time is money to both customer and cvs employee . Not enough staff available in CVS to help you with any questions or retrieving something that you need but can not reach. I realize after Covid our shopping world has changed
But the customers needs remain the same or perhaps even more. Please take these reviews as what we your customers are saying to you… some things we can purchase at other retailers and some of us have no choice because our insurance company requires CVS.. I am looking forward to the day to seeing and using the improved CVS and friendlier staff

Zero stars. Terrible interaction with customers. It’s amazing that she actually thought it was acceptable to speak to anyone like that, much less at her place of employment. I wanted to verify that my son’s med was in stock and was going to get filled as it is on back order from his home pharmacy. I couldn’t get a word in and she stated, we can’t fill them all in one day. Never did I expect that. Just verifying we’re working on it after 24 hrs means it’s actually available. Phone system is terrible, barely able to get someone on the phone without pressing calling from a doctors office. Just poor service all around with CVS in general and their system for their pharmacy. Sadly I would go elsewhere if I could obtain it, however I have to stay as they have it in stock. I hope she faces me when I come in to pick up this medicine. She can’t talk over me in person.

Very unprofessional cashier Gabriela. Picking up package showed ID had same last name as my husband and same address and she states she couldn’t give it to me. I then stated I always pick up my husband packages and she threw me pad to and said just sign here. Very unprofessional employee. Called to speak with manager Ana and she showed no concern and stated policy just changed today.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I don't expect much from the south, but this is disgusting. I was treated as if I were stupid for getting my information wrong by this man. He heavily implied that I was incorrect, saying "there's no way testosterone is 40 dollars" and ended up admitting unintentionally that they hadn't been running my GoodRx. They had been trying to guilt me into paying 120 dollars, and I still asked if I wanted them to check it. They also try to argue that a psychiatrist could not prescribe this, despite my having had it run through my psychiatrist and physician before and having that information on file. They tried to argue that it was my fault, but odds are they messed up my information, and it is highly likely they weren't running it because, despite me asking every time to check if I've been here, they said they did before, yet I now have reason to disbelieve this. Today, however, they admitted they had the wrong information and stated it was my issue because I gave them the "wrong information." I have been deeply clear that my insurance is different from what they listed and that my insurance does not cover these things. I am also deeply frustrated, as this cost me a high amount, and it could've been significantly cheaper had they just been honest. This man made me go elsewhere to be rung up, as he blatantly refused to ring me up, was overall nasty to me, and was trying to "explain" things to me as if I were a child. The business practices here are deplorable, and if you are a woman and/or anyone aligned with LGBTQ+ communities, I deeply suggest going elsewhere.

By far the WORST CVS pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Let's be honest, most CVS pharmacies are pretty bad, but this one takes the cake.
I work in a vet hospital, but was off today. One of my coworkers called in a prescription the doctor put in for my dog. They called it in around 11:30 this morning. I went to pick it up around 4:00pm. When I arrived, one of the employees asked the standard questions of name, birthday, etc. She had to have asked my last name and spelling at least 6-8x. My last name only has 4 letters, so I'm not quite sure why it was so hard. After going through the same 3 questions over and over again, she said she couldn't find me or my dog in their system. She then sent us down the counter to the "drop off" spot.
We then got to deal with another delightful employee. This person was able to find the written script the pharmacist wrote earlier in the day when my coworker called in the rx. She said she was unable to locate the prescribing doctor in the system. The male pharmacist was incredibly rude. He made a comment about how my hospital refused to give the doctors DEA number. We politely told him that it was not needed as it's not a controlled substance. Unfortunately, CVS employees are too lazy to search for the doctor and would prefer to just get every doctors DEA number instead. The female phamacist then replied to the male and said, "it's like they don't trust us or something" in a snarky tone followed by an eye roll.
I then offered to spell the doctors name and provide all the hospital information they needed. I provided this information twice and she still couldn't figure it out. When she grabbed the pharmacist to help, the pharmacist once again made a nasty face as if she was annoyed to just simply do her job. At that point I said forget it and we called it into another pharmacy that filled it within 20 min and DIDN'T need the DEA number.
Unfortunately, most CVS pharmacies are like this which is why most people that work in the medical field can't stand working with them. This location in particular should really be looked into.

TERRIBLE lead PHARMACIST The male “lead pharmacist “ is inconsistent, rude, unhelpful and disrespectful to customers. Loyal customers that have needs and pay high cost at this location. You put the business in jeopardy of losing customers!! Uneducated regarding medicine side effects and impact of missing doses…. No support for customers that have needs. Terrible customer service. The other staff are helpful one bad Apple spoiled the bunch! I’d hate to work alongside such an unhealthy employee! This is a pattern and will continue to show up for customers so I am hopeful that this dude has light shed on his practice! CVS needs to monitor who they employ!

This place is a mess. They never have meds and they can never find them either. People are nice but something is very wrong about their lack of process

I really never leave reviews, but this CVS is terrible. Their time management with getting medication filled is absolutely horrendous. You will be waiting at the drive-through line or inside for 30+ minutes even if you got a text/call saying your prescription is ready.
The pharmacy actually messed up one of my prescriptions and gave me a completely different medication because they had apparently “run out of the medication prescribed to me”.
On a completely different note - I came here needing to get a poster printed for an event. I made an order online and got an email saying it would be done the same day. I called a couple hours after placing the order, and it hadn’t even been started yet. I let them know I would need it in two days, well, you guessed it two days later I go to pick it up and they still hadn’t started printing the poster. I ended up going to a different CVS and got it done in the same day.

Pharmacy personnel need to be trained on customer service. Awful experience!
