These CVS owners need to pay more attention to their business. They are always trying to save money to hire people and they are always trying to cut people's hours. They don't want a business so don't set up a separate business. Their phone system doesn't transfer to the pharmacy so what kind of service are they? I switched from Walgreens to this pharmacy, but I think I have to go again with Walgreens.

It’s always easy to leave a bad review, but I’ve been seeing great improvements with this staff. I can’t remember the ladies name helping me but, she and the pharmacist was helpful! I so much appreciate it. Thank you.

The union st location is the best customer service and best experience of any CVS in Concord NC! Every trip is pleasant. They go above and beyond to make the transaction go smoothly!

A glucose monitor was ordered March 17 and promised March 20. The monitor had no arrived by March 26. I can't even take my glucose levels.

Never had a problem here until recently. A lot of them are not friendly, no people skills at all. The young Hispanic male acts if he is being tortured to work there. A few of them need to learn how to speak to people. Not everyone is unaware of the meds they are taken

Pharmacy employees great. But understaffing makes for some long wait times and some times you can not reach them by phone. This busy location needs larger pharmacy with two or more pharmacists.

We recently got tested for covid at this location. We went through the drive-thru to do so. The employee walked us through each step of the process and she was really nice. I think they could use a few more employees tho because we waited in the drive-thru line for quite a while.
