I came here to get Christmas cards twice and each time the big cart was in the way and not movable. They must not want people to buy stuff here. They play loud music as well. Will be filing a complaint!!!

Not sure how the rating is currently 4 stars…store is trashed; inside and out. There is almost always only 1 person working, prices are often wrong & lines are long. Get a self check out - ASAP!!!!! & put up the truck! I’m certain that sales would increase if customers could actually get to the products; having to walk around pallets of products or leaving to go elsewhere because the one thing you need is shrink wrapped and blocking the aisle is super frustrating! I stopped going months ago and only gave it a shot today since it is so close- reminded me quickly why I stopped!

One of the most poorly ran locations that I have ever seen is @ 801 Zion Church Rd E. Concord NC.I have lived in this area about 3 months and I have come into this location 7 times and it is always a literal mess.-Store is so unorganized and junky.-The physical environment is unsafe for the team ofemployees and customers.-truck is left on the floor for customers to shop around-debris is all over the floor so you're walking on andaround trash throughout the store.-merchadise is left in plastic, so you have to detrash tofind prices. This is for small items all the way up tolawn and garden merch.-Grocery section is poorly rotated and maintained-boxes of freight is staged at the top of gondolashelving and the fixtures behind the registers.-the register closest to the door isn't functional. So, ifthere is a return or the line is really long, customersget bottlenecked. This makes whoever's workingmore frustrated and demoralized.-The team that works there is super frustrated and itshows in how the present themselves. Dryinteractions and they are always complaining abouttheir job to customers. Using profanity on the floor.-nobody works with any urgency-there are only ever two humans working at a time.At max-Even who I assume is a manager, has earbuds in theirear having conversation while "helping" customers. This store is a total train wreck. If OSHA, department of agriculture or a food safety organization were to pop in, this store would probably get shut down.Probably should get shut down so that the store team can catch up on standards.

I live in one of the neighborhoods down the street. I feel like this store would benefit from a good manager and corporate, allowing them to shut down for a full week. This would allow a new manager to step in, have the place clean, organize, and packed out. Ever since the very first store manager left, it has been a cluster. The store wasn’t perfect back then but it definitely was never this bad. You have different associates every month. There’s always someone leaving and another person taking their place. When this happens, you can only blame management for the lack of supervision, trust, and guidance to their employees. This location in Concord off Zion Church Road really just needs a revamp in order for it to be successful. They have great products employees seem to be nice. They just need to do a better job scheduling and training which is the managers job. And to be honest, that’s part of corporate’s job is to train the managers so they know how to conduct business, they know what they’re doing, and how they’re supposed to train people. The hours that are supposed to be kept and giving then all the right tools to be successful, which also may not be happening.

What a POS store. Always have staffing issues, the staff they do have is always complaining about their job and closing the store early. Inventory sucks. I hate this is the closest "convenience" store to my house.

They are never open. Place has always been a mess. They make excuses to close store all the time randomly throughout the day! I have contacted corporate and they said they had no idea the place closed down except they had a violation for blocking exit door from fire Marshall. I would avoid ever going here u will sit and wait to be helped because God knows where the cashiers will be lol.

Horrible atmosphere!!! This place was nice when it opened, however after the first year this place has been nothing but nightmare! The employees where fighting with themselves in the parking lot and no one left running the store! This is so sad giving it's right up the street from my home... Oh and the language being used in front of my nine year old!!!

The store is always a mess you can't hardly walk. The employees are totally lost the bigger Hispanics girl rang up my chips and drink looks at me and says $52.90 I say really her response what it's $52.90. If you don't have enough common sense to know chips and a drink don't cost $52.90 you need to go find another job.
