Worst customer service . Cashier& stocker are rude , mad at the whole world for having to do there job. Slamming items to check out. Absolutely terrible !!! Would give store 0 stars !!

I would give 0 stars if I could. The ladies who work at this store are awful. Usually sitting outside smoking when you are going in and make a big deal about having to go inside to do their job. The cashier will only speak to you to give you your total and will not even look at you. They hate having children in the store and make it known with back handed comments like "wow I guess you have your hands full" (3 children) and making comments about how loud my children are. My mom walked around by the balloon counter to look at something and an employee told her "honey I've got a mess here. The checkout is over there." And when my mom replied that she was trying to look at something the employee told her that she was trying to stock that stuff and not to touch it. My mom was trying to look at something at the front of the store and not what the employee was working on. I've had several terrible experiences at this store lately. Corporate should really get involved and separate the problem employees. They would rather gossip than do their jobs.

Cashiers here are so rude. like i saw a cashier yelling at a nice woman’s kids for simply being kids. No wonder why she’s still working here, her attitude is gonna get her nowhere near in life (Veronica)

Manager likes to yell at little kids simply for being kids. Just saw a cashier and another one double teaming a woman with her two little ones. Please do not go here or you will get yelled at for kids simply being kids.

I don’t usually write reviews but this lady was out of pocket her name is Veronica and was very rude to me and my two kids. People like this shouldn’t be working in retail. Will be contacting corporate.

I was there shopping with my kids getting dog toys when the cashier Veronica came yelling at me that my kids are undisciplined and called my wife a heifer, I asked for the manager and a man named Bobby came and just told me to leave instead of calming her down. She just kept yelling and had my 3 year and 5 year old crying. She needs to be fired and Bobby should be fired.

It is concerning that there are 12 customers waiting in line to check out and only two employees are present, with one unable to open a register due to lack of a key. This situation requires immediate attention to ensure efficient customer service and alleviate the congestion at the checkout.

really rude customer service! his name was Bobby there was a really bad storm while we were in the store. mind you we’re Mexicans ig he thought we wouldn’t understand him, he kept telling us that he would just make the run for it bc the store wouldn’t stop and he just kept yapping saying they are waiting for the storm to stop but it won’t. So my dad did certainly get upset and made the run for it to go get the car so we wouldn’t get wet. mind you while my dad left Bobby had told one of his coworkers “ I think he got mad but I don’t care” he kept whispering to his coworker and it certainly was him talking about us. I am not happy with this customer service. Most definitely won’t be going back because of Bobby.

Terrible, hostile, attitude from person named Veronica at the register. The card machine was not processing payments, kept getting error message on a few customers including myself. Corporate needs to investigate, maybe the workers put skimmers on the machines. Veronica was no help at all...just rude, making faces and sighing. Yelling out...Maybe its your card, what you want me to do. Meanwhile, I knew it wasn't my card. Extremely poor customer service, I'm glad one of the reviewers took Veronica's picture and posted it on here for ALL to see. Again, corporate check your card machines at this location, Afton Ridge near Target, Bayfield Parkway. Also, the male cashier with reddish colored short hair looks like he's on some kind of something, appeared zoned out while at the register. I definitely would not return to this location.

The lady working here (I think her name is Veronica) was beyond rude. She kept ranting out loud about how she had just started a shift and “wasn’t having it”. Then spoke to us in a snappy tone telling us to take everything out of the basket and to take the basket all the way to the entrance. She took her sweet time to scan each item as if there wasn’t a line. I can see I’m not the first to have this kind of experience with her. If you see an older African American lady with a name tag that reads “Veronica”, turn around and come back another time. Thumbs down 👎

I will never go to Dollar Tree Store (#4065), 6146 Bayfield Parkway in Concord NC! The cashier, an older black female, had a very nasty and rude attitude toward me and my grandbaby! She was very unprofessional and took her time by coming to the cash register after seeing us waiting for her assistance on tonight (July 15th). She acted as if she didn't want to be there! If you don't want to be at your job then just quit and let someone else get the position. She didn't even want to give me an receipt for my purchases. She was just plain nasty!

I don’t ever write reviews but I had the weirdest interaction at this place. I placed my things down to check out and Veronica the cashier right off the bat sighed, she then asked me how many lashes I had, when I responded that I didn’t know because i didn’t count them(later on saw it was only 6) , she had an attitude. She then proceeded to never look in my direction and continued to blame me and say that I kept doing something for the pin pad not to work. The whole time the pinpad kept saying “waiting for cashier”, but because she didn’t even want to turn and watch what she was doing she didn’t realize it. I honestly thought maybe she’s having a bad day but as soon as I was walking out her mood changed when speaking to the group that was behind me.
