Stock carts full of items were left in the aisle blocking the shelves from view much of the store was unorganized and messy. I did find some items that I was looking for however I did have to search for them.

As one that works in Retail, I try my very best to be understanding. This was a bad experience. My daughter was checking out right behind me.The Cashier had reached behind her and grabbed a package of tape to make an "Addon." We did not need and out of reflex, my daughter said, sure. After realizing that she did not need it. My daughter asked for help to have the tape removed prior to paying. The Cashier called for help, and instead of the person that could have resolved the problem, someone who did not have the ability walked up. Now my daughter needs to re-explain what happened, only to be told that the Manager would be the person to remove the tape, which even took longer. This is becoming more prevalent in the Retail word. What is happening to the quality of Retail Customer?

Zero customer service. Store is a mess. Boxes all over the aisles and everything is unorganized. We stood at the register and couldn't find an employee to check us out. We finally see an employee sitting behind the last register names Gavin. He was not in a uniform, had a headphone in, was eating and sitting on his phone.

I would like to thank what appeared to be the only cashier for working today. He provided excellent customer service. The line was long. He worked a miracle and got everyone out quickly.

Was really disappointed today with the customer service. I had been here lastnight and realized after checking out that my wallet was left at home so I left my name and told the older lady cashier (who was very nice and understanding) that I would be back in the morning do she put my bags aside for me. However when I arrived this morning to pick up my stuff a cashier named Tracey was so condescending about it when I asked her for my bags so I could rescan items and pay. She claimed the first cashier from the day before didnt tell me she’d hold onto my bagged items- really? So I had to re-shop for all 42 items again where many items were just thrown on shelves, had to move around unmanned stacked and open boxes blocking half the isles, and maneuver my cart around discarded items littering the isles. It just seems like this store has gone WAY down hill! But even thru all of chaos, the re-shopping didn't bother me nearly as much as Tracey’s attitude, which to be perfectly honest, was not just disrespectful but also racist. If she hates her job that much then she needs to find one where she doesn’t have to provide customer service.

If I could give a no stars I would. I ordered 24 picture frames online. I received emails telling me the items were ready to pick up. I Drove 13 miles to the store 4 times. Each time I was told they did not get their truck deliver. It was all a lie. I finally called customer service and was told the product was out of stock with an unknown delivery date. I wasted my time and gas for nothing. Do not buy online! They will screw you over. Now I am told it will take 7-10 days to get a refund. Shop somewhere else. They will waste your time and money. They will not tell you the truth. I asked why I received 10 emails telling me to go to the store to pick up an item that was out of stock and never delivered to the store. The rep said they are having trouble with email service. Forget them. I will never order online from them again.

Stocked and had a lot of items no longer at the store closest to where I live. It's a dollar store( with the added .25 cents. I didn't see a $5 or less area which was great.

Pat is probably the rudest nastiest person. This whole store could use guidelines on customer service. Really glad as I'm sure you are that this is not the dollar tree I frequently use. Horrible awful store.

Poor customer service from Tracy, there was a customer in line that had a lot of items and Tracy's coworker told her that the line was longed in which I've already asked if a register couldn't be open to assist her CO worker. Tracy stated to me that just to let you know we don't open up a new line unless there are four customers or more. I just wanted to add that there were customers that had previously walked out due to the long wait. That extra information wasn't needed.

Went to this location after work last week at 9:30pm and they was closed for the night . But online it says the store is open until 10:00pm . This isn’t the first time .

Very unprofessional staff. Went to this location 12/14/22 to get balloons. I stood in line and asked the lady if they had helium and she said yes. I then tell her I need some balloons could she help me. She pointed to the already filled balloons and said those are the only ones we have and you can pick from there… ok no problem I then begin to pick my selection and I had my 2 year old with me who was crying so I handed my mom 1 balloon for her. Next thing you know a manager or whatever comes and is yelling at me like “oh next time you need a balloon tell me you can’t just grab it like that”… at this point I’m shock and I’m like well your employee just directed me to this are… after realizing the employee is wrong she is STILL yelling at me and embarrassing me in front of the entire store. She not once apologized or lowered her voice. That is no way to speak to a paying guest especially when you realize they were told to grab them because your lazy employees didn’t want to help in the first place. Ignorance and RACIST.

Store was well stocked. Only a few handcart out interfering with shopping. Best stocked Dollar Tree I've been in in awhile.
