Been here about 6 times and every time the trash cans are overflowing. The one time I went into the men's room was atrocious and I let THE store manager that was not acceptable.

It wasn't bad other than basically the front half of the store filled up with Valentine's balloons with the strings hanging down everywhere which was very annoying to walk through and waiting in line with the strings in your face.

Just left here at 8:08pm the lady with purple hair told me that they closed at 8 pm on the weekdays but ever other store in concord closes at 9 not to mention she had people in the store shopping but I COULDNT PURCHASE I DONT KNOW WHO THE MANAGEr is but I’m calling corporate if your sign says open till 9 than that’s that

Visited the store today around noon and had a horrific experience. I've been to this store several times before and never experienced this before. My elderly grandmother was with me and as we were checking out, she saw a couple of her friends and began chatting with them. The woman at the register (older black woman, didn't catch her name) became irate and belligerent, insulting us and being incredibly rude and hostile to us for my grandmother making her wait while she chatted with her friends for a couple minutes. There was no one behind us in line, but the woman was angry because she said she had things to do and we were holding her up. I've never been spoken to the way that woman spoke to us, it was truly shocking. She ranted on and on the entire time and was extremely hostile to us. That woman SHOULD NOT have a job in customer service. My grandmother has been a customer at this location since it opened and was treated horribly, to put it mildly. I'm in shock at how we were treated today. Horrible, horrible experience.

Stopped in today for a couple tea lights. Walked the store but did not see any. Major reset going on. One aisle had yellow tape blocking off the aisle. I asked the cashier if they had tea lights. She said she did not know but walked directly to them putting me down the whole time saying no aisle was blocked and the tea lights WERE RIGHT THERE...meaning I was an idiot since I could not find them.
