Definitely the best all around best fitting everyday/active wear clothing, so comfortable too! Great location with amazing staff, the store manager and Kelly helped me find a great pair of pants last week and this week helped me exchange a damaged pair with ease. Great customer service!

We've shopped at Eddie Bauer for years. Unfortunately that loyalty has ended mainly for their poor quality and very unfriendly return policy.I listened to the sales women against my better judgement and bought three climalite items. Because I took the tags off, I can't return the items and have found they feel like wearing a plastic bag, although they hyped it up as something that kept you cool in the summer.I've decided from now on to spend a few dollars more at REI for their quality and friendly return policy and staff.

Not LGBTQ+ friendly. Looking for women's jeans and the man in the shop refused to sell them to me. Not friendly like I've come to expect at most eddue6b Bauer's. Don't waste your time or money here if you're looking to be respected

Always find outdoor clothing here for a reasonable price. The staff has always been awesome. One associate (no longer works here) went above and beyond to find a jacket for me at other locations. She was so awesome that I wrote Corporate and gave her kudos. They have good coupons and sales and the returns are easy.
