I have visited this location many times in the past and asked to use the locked restroom. If the employee wearing the name tag Jada is working; forget about it. She will not let you use the restroom because she does not want to clean it. Today 06 June 2025 at 7:02pm I waited a total of 36 minutes to use the restroom, because she said that it was occupied. Yes, I knock on the door three times while waiting. Prior to leaving the store I held up my phone to the store camara proving how long I waited. Jada waited until the store became busy to begin speaking loudly and insisting that I use the restroom at another gas station. That is when I informed her that I had already talked to one of the supervisors about her behavior two months prior. At this point she asked me to leave the store. I quietly waited for the restroom. I did nothing to disrespect or disrupt their business. The moment she asked me to leave...I left immediately. I am forced to leave this one-star rating in order to post this review. I want to leave no stars. IT IS EXXON CORPRATE POLICY TO PROVIDE A CLEAN AND FUNCTIONAL RESTROOM TO ALL CUSTOMERS. PERIOD.

Walmart plus is offering fifty cents off a gallon this week At Exxon gas stations like this one, this one even has a Sign on every pump, promoting Walmart plus normally ten cents off, but yet there's no way to put the code in to get the discount and the people that work there cannot tell me a damn thing why not. I've never had an issue the 1000 times I've been on there. Till now

I went to this gas station to buy cigarettes and I told the lady that work at 9:00 pm on 2/26/2023 to wait till I find my card in the wallet and then when I told her it’s okay you can scan my item I found my card she was like you don’t tell me what to do she is so disrespectful and have an attitude , manager need to do something about it cause this is not a nice way to treat customers
